We chose Waldorf because it simply is just the best wedding venue in Chicago! It's our dream spot! If your reception size is 150 or less, don't waste your time looking anywhere else! Samantha Newman, our main contact, was such a delight to work with! We had our wedding there back in 2016 and I can still remember everything that she and her team did for us from the first meeting on! We love their professionalism, passion for their work, flexibility, kindness and the smile! We felt welcomed and important, unlike other well-known venues that treat weddings like they were just another job/paycheck. The venue itself is just gorgeous and we were so happy to have chosen the venue (it's private, intimate and elegant), every corner you turn to can be a spot for wedding portraits. On top of everything else, they really put so much work/heart into their decoration, dynamic menu based your tastes, excellent wine selection and fabulous custom made wedding cake!! They respected our opinions and were 100% willing to work with us on every little detail. Everyone, from sales, catering, wine, chef, pastry chef, to wait-staff, made our wedding planning felt like a breath! It's a one-stop shop and you are guaranteed to have a perfect wedding when you choose Waldorf Astoria.

I could go on forever about how AMAZING The Waldorf Astoria is. Whitney Dixon, Snr Catering Sales Manager, was my first point of contact and the minute I spoke to her I could feel myself relaxing. She was incredible...and I mean INCREDIBLE from start to finish. Always returned my calls promptly, and was on hand throughout for everything I needed and always with a wonderful attitude and a smile on her face. Not just Whitney, but every single member of staff I dealt with there made me feel extremely important and that my event was their highest priority. Food and beverage was very high quality, the presentation was superb and the feel of the hotel i.e. the decor and the cleanliness and facilities made me feel that everyone involved in the Waldorf Astoria really really cares about it. I can't wait to have an event here again...I'm trying to find excuses to...
