The intake and planning process was fun and easy from a client perspective - a quick intake call to learn more about us, our must-haves, budget, etc. and having a experienced planner's advice and guidance helped narrow down our options and guide us to the right time of year to travel. Lauren was patient, responsive and enthusiastic, and she answered all of our questions knowledgeably. When it came time for our trip, we received digital itinerary with everything we needed to travel, plus packing advice and other helpful tips. Communication was consistent and always available if we needed it. On our trip, our local tour guides were AMAZING and definitely a highlight of the trip. Planning was conscious of our budget and was very thoughtfully done. We did literally all the activities on our wish list and beyond, and we barely had to think about it thanks to TTM's seamless pro planning. For a bride and groom with wedding stress and decision fatigue, it was a huge blessing to let the experts do their thing and handle the details. It was the trip of a lifetime! Lauren was amazing, she planned our honeymoon air/hotel to Aruba and it was an amazing location right on the beach. We even had a small hiccup with our check in details for the airport but it was all resolved very quickly. Great service, will use again.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Lauren and the Travel Mechanic!! She planned the most amazing trip for us to Chile!! I didn't have much to give her other than a few places we wanted to go and she put together the perfect trip. She took into consideration we wanted to have excursions but also wanted some down time....it was awesome! Our hotels were all great. The hotel in Patagonia was beyond amazing…service, room, food…all of it was perfect! She checked on us throughout the trip and was available to answer a few last minute questions we had while there. She also ensured all the hotels knew I didn't eat gluten (which is huge for me being in a foreign country)! We can't wait to have her plan another trip for us!!

Lauren is amazing!! After helping us plan a great trip for 8 girls to Cancun for a bachelorette party....our trip unexpectedly had to be rescheduled TWO days before we were leaving! Lauren was on the ball right away. She was even able to wave any penalty fees with the resort. She is quick to respond and excited to help with anything she can. I would recommend her to everyone!!
