The intake and planning process was fun and easy from a client perspective - a quick intake call to learn more about us, our must-haves, budget, etc. and having a experienced planner's advice and guidance helped narrow down our options and guide us to the right time of year to travel. Lauren was patient, responsive and enthusiastic, and she answered all of our questions knowledgeably. When it came time for our trip, we received digital itinerary with everything we needed to travel, plus packing advice and other helpful tips. Communication was consistent and always available if we needed it. On our trip, our local tour guides were AMAZING and definitely a highlight of the trip. Planning was conscious of our budget and was very thoughtfully done. We did literally all the activities on our wish list and beyond, and we barely had to think about it thanks to TTM's seamless pro planning. For a bride and groom with wedding stress and decision fatigue, it was a huge blessing to let the experts do their thing and handle the details. It was the trip of a lifetime!
