The Sterling Caterers is a modern wedding venue located in Bethpage, New York that has been hosting weddings for 50 years. This venue offers event coordinators to help you plan your event every step of the way. Their experienced banquet directors will help recommend vendors and handle all of the stress so you and your partner don't have to. They have dozens of positive reviews praising their outstanding staff, delicious food and the incredible venue. The venue is located in Bethpage, New York off of Hicksville Road. Facilities and Capacity
This venue can accommodate 600 guests in their main ballroom. The Champagne Ballroom is an elegant ballroom with a large dance floor, a magnificent chandelier and built-in kinetic lighting system. The room also has televisions. The Chapel is an indoor location with marble floors, high ceilings and non-denominational architectural details. The beauty of the room is incomparable. The Conti Room can accommodate up to 200 guests. The ballroom has marble floors, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, couches, a private bathroom, televisions and crystal chandeliers. The Holiday Room can accommodate up to 125 guests and has marble floors, elegant mirrors and a large chandelier. A bridal suite is also available.

The best!

Very professional and elegant. We lucked out because we literally had the whole place to ourselves! I also loved that I did not have to deal with the headache of having to seek out other vendors for catering, DJ, photography etc. because they included that in their package. We just had to select from their vendors. A quote from our guests, "One of the best weddings I've been to!" :)

Best Company for one stop shop

Had my Catering, Decor & all my vendors from The Sterling for my Chateau event. Everything was perfect, people loved the appetizers and my wedding stage. Thank you to the entire team.

Sweet Sixteen


We had our twins sweet sixteen here last night. We could not have been more pleased. From the day we signed up with them to the Maitr'd who ran the party everything was perfectly perfect.

As good asbthe food and room wasnthe people that work there are fabulous. Highly recommend for your next party

Phenomenal!!

Max and I really enjoyed working with everybody at The Sterling. Yama, Raj, and Poojaa were super flexible, always reliable, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy every step along the way. Both my husband and I really valued their positive energy and spirit throughout the crazy wedding planning process. We truly could not have imagined a more perfect wedding weekend! Would 10/10 recommend them to any newly engaged couple looking for an all-inclusive wedding package. Poojaa made it so easy to coordinate our three events (which included both a full Indian wedding and full Jewish wedding), all our vendors, decor team, food, flowers, etc. In one word, they were phenomenal! Thank you to the entire team at the Sterling/Chateua La Mer for making our wedding more perfect than we could have imagined!!

Our wedding reception was great thanks to everyone at The Sterling!

We had our wedding reception here on Nov 18, 2018 and it was everything I would dream it would be. Sneha was so kind in helping us book the hall we wanted. Pooja was wonderful in helping us plan the actual event. She took time to sit down with us multiple times to help us plan the event and included all the small details I wanted. Even if I had changes she was always very accommodating to change it to what I liked. On the day of our actual event, we had the pleasure of working with Taylor, our Maitre'd. She was simply amazing in helping coordinate the reception. I was so worried that certain things wouldn’t go as planned and she was so positive and helpful in making sure everything went according to the itinerary and to the way we wanted everything to be. We were very lucky to have had her coordinate that day. Our guests loved the food, the staff, and overall ambience of the venue. All in all, I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning a party! Thank you for making my reception so wonderful and memorable!!

This past weekend, we had our daughter's Sweet Sixteen party at The Sterling. It was everything we had hoped it would be. Visually stunning, no detail was spared to create the perfect ambience. The candles matched the theme perfectly. The lighting was beautiful. Everything looked so elegant.

The cold displays (antipasto, vegetable crudité, fruit, melon carvings, salads, etc.) were gorgeous and enticing. Everything was fresh and delicious. The wait staff walked around offering assorted appetizers, all of which were tasty. Likewise, the entrées were all delectable and we received positive feedback from our guests. The portions served were rather small. However, one needed only to ask for more if so desired. My husband asked the waiter to "keep it coming" with one dish and he obliged without complaint.

Our maître d', Scott, was exceptional and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. He worked with us every step of the way and was professional, patient and helpful.

In arranging for the party, we met with Taylor, Bill and Diane and each were great in making suggestions and helping us to stay on track with the preparations. They were all top-notch and I commend their service.

I highly recommend this incredible place for all occasions and events. Our guests had an amazing time and complimented everything. You won't be disappointed having your next special event at The Sterling.

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of venue. Every detail was planned and our vision was executed to perfection. Since the time we started our conversations, Sneha and Pooja were very receptive and helpful for the entire planning period. They were very organized and asked for all our props, decorations, add-ons before time. Any last minute changes were also handled with complete ease. Michelle was our maitre d and she was a complete blessing! Improvisations to handle the event were taken care of immediately. For eg., our bouquets did not come with the stem cut last min, but that was handles. Our guest book was probably not very visible, so a sign was put up. All in all, they made sure we had nothing to worry about on our special day!!!

Hi! My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Sterling recently. The whole process was easy and seamless due to their efficient staff and most talented coordinator Poojaa. Poojaa was very helpful and was always available to answer my questions. On the day of my event my guests were all taken care of and i the bride was treated like a queen. To anyone who's looking for a hall to host their reception, look no further as The Sterling Caterers is the place to go. TRUST ME!
