I had such a pleasure working with Sarah, Amy, and Megan at The Sauce Catering & Cocktails. They catered my wedding to perfection in October and I could not recommend working with them enough. The food was absolutely delicious from The Sauce Buffet. I highly recommend the Charcuterie Board for the reception. We also heard that our guests loved the Marry Me Chicken and Steak Tips! And I could not hear enough love from my guests, friends and family about the dessert board! Their wine and beer collection was great as were all the staff that they had there. Lastly, I'm Dutch and I needed bitterballen at my wedding. Sarah and the team made sure to help me with this and were extremely accommodating, even though this wasn't something on the menu. I appreciate it so much!

I think it's typical for weddings to serve just ‘okay’ food but that is far from the case with The Sauce. Every appetizer, salad, meat, vegetable, potato, dessert and drink were delicious. We spent a lot of time in touch with Amy, who was also our contact for Consider it Done and she executed everything perfectly. Our guests were raving about the fried chicken and waffles and mini meatballs and when Alex and I sat down to eat we turned to each other and said “wow”. The short ribs and chicken medallions were melt in your mouth delicious. The drinks were tasty and served quickly and the bartenders and servers and all staff involved were so attentive, we felt so spoiled. The table settings were beautiful and fit the moody vibe exactly as we hoped it would. 10/10 recommend The Sauce!

As a venue manager, I love working with The Sauce. Their team is top notch, reasonably priced, professional, creative and most of all, fun! I love watching them transform our space for our clients, as I'm blown away every time. I never have to worry about events when I know The Sauce is working them, which is why I highly recommend them to all my clients. Oh, and did I mention the food is great??? Take a look at Amy's graze boards and try a Buffalo Wonton and you'll be hooked!

The food was amazing and of course, who doesn't love a good cocktail, but what I loved the most is how awesome the staff was. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. :)

I found The Sauce through a google search of caterers in the Waltham area and saw they had good reviews. Amy picked up my call on the first day and we immediately hit it off! We were on the same wavelength for the look and feel of my company's event from the start. I even proposed a custom menu and she jumped right on it - adding each item we requested.

Communication got a bit tough during their busy season, but Amy assured me her team was on top of it. Her crew showed up on time (A crew of 6+ people for a 65 person event!!) to set up tables/tablecloths, floral arrangements, the bar, and food. The team was friendly and so so helpful, finalizing set up by assisting with taping down plastic tablecloths on the extra tables we brought down, and putting out our chairs. This was not part of our catering package, but they just saw me working and stepped up to help. I very much appreciated it! Each member of the team was so easy to talk to and very hard working.

Once the event got started, the team immediately started walking around with passed apps and opened up the graze board - which....holy smokes! We started serving lunch shortly after and I saw multiple people getting back in line for seconds and even thirds! The food was just that good. I really enjoyed the food myself. The chicken was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The beef was marinated perfectly. I didn't try the salmon, but heard great things. We also had bite-sized fruity desserts that were phenomenal!

As soon as the event was over, the team got right to cleaning up and taking everything down. Our event ran flawlessly. I would definitely recommend using The Sauce in the future!
