From the moment we booked, Samantha was extremely helpful and professional! She responded to all of our emails and knew our vision. On the day off, every staff members was extremely helpful and positive! Our guests still rave about the food! Cocktail hour was amazing and our guests mentioned how good the entrees were for all coming out together. We absolutely loved The Ryland and our wedding in the grand ballroom was everything we wished it would be!!

I genuinely don’t know if words can adequately express how grateful I am that we chose this venue for our wedding. It was, without question, one of the best decisions we made. Our wedding was everything I dreamed it would be and more, and I truly cannot imagine having celebrated it anywhere else.

From the very beginning of the planning process through the very last moment of our wedding night, everything was seamless, thoughtful, and handled with so much care. As someone who can definitely be an anxious bride, one of the greatest gifts they gave me was the ability to actually relax and trust that everything was being taken care of. There are so many moving pieces that go into a wedding, but I never felt like I had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. On the day itself, I was able to simply be present, happy, and surrounded by the people I love — and I am incredibly grateful for that.

What stood out to me most was how genuinely cared for I felt throughout the entire experience. I never once felt like I was just another wedding on their calendar. Every question was answered, every concern was taken seriously, and every detail felt important to them because it was important to us. Danielle, Megan, and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and attentive from start to finish. There is something so special about being surrounded by people who genuinely care about making your day everything you hoped it would be, and I felt that every step of the way.

We also took advantage of so much of what the venue had to offer, which made the entire wedding weekend feel even more special and effortless. We booked two of the cottages for overnight stays, as well as the groom’s cottage for the day of the wedding, and having everyone right there made everything so easy and enjoyable. We also held our rehearsal dinner at the venue’s restaurant, and it was incredible. We chose to do BBQ, and somehow they took something so fun and relaxed and made it feel beautiful and elegant. It was the perfect way to start the weekend and set the tone for everything that followed.

The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, but what makes this place truly extraordinary is the people behind it. There is so much heart in what this team does, and you can feel it. They went above and beyond in ways both big and small to create not just an incredible wedding day, but an entire experience that we and our families will remember for the rest of our lives.

I know weddings are something this team does all the time, but for us, this was **the** day — one of the most important and meaningful days of our lives — and they treated it with exactly that level of importance. I don’t think there is a greater compliment I could give a wedding venue than that.

Even now, looking back at our photos and wedding video brings me right back to how magical the entire night felt. The atmosphere, the energy, the beauty of the venue, and most importantly, how incredibly happy we were — it was truly perfect.

If I could go back and make the decision all over again, I would choose this venue every single time, without hesitation. I could not have asked for a more beautiful place, a more incredible team, or a more perfect wedding experience. I will forever be grateful that this is where we got to celebrate the beginning of our marriage. 🤍

The Ryland Inn was amazing from the very beginning! If you love the farmhouse or elegant ballroom look while still wanting a classy and timeless vibe, I cannot recommend this venue enough. We got married at The Grand Ballroom on July 25, 2026, and had the most amazing summer wedding.

From the moment we toured the grounds, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. As you can see from the beautiful photos online, the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, but what really made our experience so special was the staff.

We initially worked with Giana, who was incredibly thorough, friendly, and helpful. She took us through both venues, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process so easy. Unfortunately, she left a little less than a year before our wedding, and we were then paired with Danielle as our coordinator, with Samantha helping us for a period of time as well. We truly have nothing but amazing things to say about all three of these ladies. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient with my million-and-one questions throughout the months leading up to the wedding. They helped us plan every detail of the day, and everything ran incredibly smoothly.

I genuinely don't think a single thing went wrong on our wedding day, which is pretty amazing considering there is usually always something! The entire day felt effortless, and we know that was largely because of the incredible support from the Ryland team. We also had the best maître d', bridal attendant, and wait staff. Everyone at The Ryland Inn was so welcoming and willing to do whatever we needed, both leading up to the wedding and on the actual day—even when that meant following every single instruction I had typed out about where to place our decor!

I felt completely at ease on my wedding day because I knew the Ryland team had every detail under control. They listened to everything we wanted and made sure our vision came to life exactly the way we imagined it.

And while I could recommend this venue based on the staff alone, the food was also phenomenal! The head chef and her entire team were so friendly, and every dish we had was incredibly flavorful. Our guests could not stop raving about the food!

I feel so grateful to have been working with someone who truly cared about making my and my husband’s wedding so special, and also a reflection of us.

As a bride, I did not have one thing I needed to worry about - Danielle and the staff made sure I was stress free and enjoying every second of the day. Any requests we had from the start to the day of were happily accommodated. The attention to detail was unmatched!!

From the start The Ryland was amazing! Samantha was there for everything I needed and always there for any questions or anything i needed. She really made it easy to plan a wedding. The day of, Ted was in charge of our cottages & he was great, attentive and there for anything we needed. Donna who was my bridal assistant was top notch! I really could not compliment her more. She was attentive, knew things before I could ask, and on top of everything that needed to be done. Thank you Ryland and all your staff. You made our wedding for one to be remembered!! We couldn't of loved it more!

I do not even know where to start! I had the most AMAZING experience throwing my wedding at The Ryland Inn. Danielle was the most helpful throughout my planning process and was very supportive and helpful. Her e-mail responses were quick and she was always able to answer my questions. We heard nothing but amazing things from our guests from the atmosphere, the food and the service. I highly recommend this venue, you will NOT be disappointed

Romantic, Magical, and Spectacular wedding
at the Ryland Inn with exceptional dining experience and amazing food!

We got married here in May 2023 in the Grand Ballroom and could not have selected a better venue. It’s of course a stunning space, but the food is also delicious and the staff are excellent. We were able to stay in one of the on-site cottages (Kimblewyck) the night before and night of the wedding, which was extremely convenient and helpful for getting ready. My only complaint would be that the house could have been a little better thought out - there wasn’t really anywhere to hang my dress where the garment bag wasn’t hanging on the floor, and the sinks in the bathrooms were incredibly small. The men were in the Grooms Cottage the afternoon of the wedding and had a great time.

Sam was our Memory Maker throughout the entire process and she was so wonderful to work with. Leading up to the day of, she was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions thoroughly, and on the day of, helped ensure that everything ran smoothly (especially impressive since it rained on and off all day and the plans for the ceremony kept changing). Angela was my bridal attendant and I absolutely couldn’t have made it through the day without her. She was incredibly helpful and took care of all kinds of small things I never would have even thought of. It was truly the most wonderful day of our lives, and we are so thankful that we were able to have our wedding here.
