The owners purchased the Ranch in 2014 and completely remodeled the white ranch house first and then built the three story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then transformed from an old 1970s pole barn that sits at the back of the property to the beautiful, white venue that it is today. The RoseMary Barn is named after the owners mother. The RoseMary Barn is an 8300 sqft beautiful all white event and wedding venue that is conveniently located 5 miles from the Historic Downtown Mckinney and Hotels. The interior walls and ceilings are built with gorgeous white shiplap. The Venue offers a stunning large bridal suite complete with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space covered with a canopy of mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for ceremony in inclement weather and we have also have an indoor chapel and reception area. We have a generator for power outages and we are Uber friendly and will always allow cars to stay overnight if Uber service is needed.
We chose the package option at The RoseMary Barn, and it was everything we dreamed of and more! The grounds are immaculate, and the owners are so friendly and professional! We loved that we were able to have every part of our wedding all in one place from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception. All of the vendors and the wedding planner that come with the package made planning our wedding so easy and stress free! We were able to soak up and enjoy every part of our wedding from the planning to the sparkler send off because the RoseMary Barn team is so amazing! We had so many guests tell us that it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to, and I wouldn’t change a thing! We knew we wanted to get married in an all white barn, and this one is truly the best!

Dream Venue!!
This venue was an absolute dream to have our wedding at! We were mostly in contact with Jerra, who was super helpful in answering all our questions, showing us around the venue, helping us with seating arrangements, and guiding us on the day of. The white shiplap made our pictures amazing. The acoustics were perfect for our worship session in our indoor ceremony. Also, The reception area was just perfect for the size of our wedding, about 180 people. I'm so glad I had my wedding here!

The best venue!
I still can’t get over how perfect The Rosemary Barn was for our wedding! My entire family LOVED the venue and was especially a fan that everything happens right there - no moving around between ceremony and reception! The space is beautiful and very much a blank canvas.
Jerra is incredible - she’s truly the biggest asset of this venue! I would highly recommend hiring her as your planner - at least “day of” if nothing else!
