Riverside House, headquarters and home of the Junior League of Jacksonville, opened its facilities to the Jacksonville community in December of 1980. This historic facility offers its boardroom, auditorium, reception hall and kitchen to the public at affordable rates. Originally a church, this beautiful property is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions and meetings – large and small.

The Riverside House was the perfect size for our group of 55 guests. I wanted an indoor wedding and reception with a more traditional feel and The Riverside House delivers. They have flexible scheduling so you have enough time to set up and tear down for your event. Parking is plentiful and the staff is very responsive. We loved the natural lighting during the ceremony.

The Riverside House was the perfect venue for us. We had our ceremony and reception here. Anita, the office manager was always available to help with anything we needed and we were provided with 3 very helpful staff members during our rehearsal and wedding day. The natural lighting upstairs made for the most beautiful pictures and down stairs bridal room was amazing! I'm so glad we chose to have our wedding at the Riverside House, it was everything we wanted!
