The food tasted great! All the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. We were allowed to select food from a pretty big menu of items.

I'm so glad we had The Pig cater our wedding. Cathryn was really a joy to work with. She answered all of my questions promptly and went out of her way to fulfill all of my requests. The staff worked really hard and were flexible when we requested for them to stay late. I can't say enough good things about Cathryn and the service. Aside from the five star service, the food was incredible. I'm a southern girl and I consider myself something of a barbecue connoisseur, and their BBQ was some of the best I've had. We are still getting compliments on our food months after our wedding. Our guests went bananas over their mac and cheese. We had an outdoor wedding, and their food was perfect for the vibe we were going for. It was really good quality comfort food that everyone likes, it wasn't too simple but it wasn't unnecessarily gourmet. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I got married in a nice barn (Starlight Meadow), so we decided to go with barbeque for the food. We tried The Pig and stopped looking. My husband says it's the best pulled pork he's had. The food was delicious and they were able to provide bartending service as well. The staff the day of the event were fantastic. It was a little difficult at times to get in touch with Cathryn, but she promptly returned messages.

We were so happy that we had The Pig cater our wedding. All of our guests raved about the food, and many of them had not had Carolina-style barbecue before. The food was great on the day of, and we used bartenders through The Pig too which made things nice and easy.

Cathryn was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions throughout the planning process. She was a little tough to get in touch with at times, but always got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. Overall we had a great experience, great food and would recommend them to anyone.
