This refurbished historic building is still largely characterized by its primary architectural features. The venue’s uncovered floors, bare brick walls, and metal fixtures are expertly combined with contemporary decor to create an inspiring atmosphere. Comprising of over 2,000 square feet of event space, the main area of the building accommodates up to 125 guests in a seated reception. Couples can make use of a further 1,185 square feet of space on a secluded, carefully maintained patio. You and your partner can tie the knot in a secluded open-air ceremony while experiencing the unique surroundings. For a truly special reception, tables and chairs can be provided, as well as a specially crafted bar and a designated catering section.

    Such an amazing space and experience!

    We had the BEST experience working with The Penny. It is such a beautiful and unique event space in the Central Coast. The staff was so kind and easy to work with. They were incredibly responsive and worked hard to make the event run seamlessly and make our vision come to life. They offer a variety of amazing vendors and coordinate with them to get everything set up smoothly.
