We had the absolute best experience at this venue! It’s truly stunning—so beautiful and romantic, and we received endless compliments from our guests. We had our ceremony in the garden and moved to the gazebo for the reception, which was the perfect flow for a summer wedding. There was plenty of space for guests to walk around and enjoy the scenery.

Laura was incredible to work with—so friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She truly made a huge difference on our big day and made everything feel seamless. Thanks to her and the venue, our dream wedding came to life. We couldn’t be more grateful!

Rancho de las palmas is what dreams are made of! I loved the fact that only one event happens at a time so we didn’t have to share the space with anyone else. From the beautiful bridal suite to the option for a tree house-like play area for the kids with the option to hire babysitters, the venue offers it all. As a bonus they even offer an option for a pay-it-forward room that offers an incredible amount of decor items to choose from and all the little details that can be stressful to put together or sometimes can be forgotten about like card holders or signage options. Getting married in southern california can be expensive but I found that their prices were incredibly reasonable in comparison to other places. What I was most impressed with were the professionalism and attentiveness of the coordinators Laura and Jenn. Laura was always there to answer questions and was right there from beginning to end to make sure that our day was perfect. When we had an issue with our cake delivery on the day of, they went above and beyond to take care of the problem while making sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free. Words cannot truly describe what an amazing experience our wedding was and Laura and Jenn were the ones that made it all possible. Thank you both! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a venue!

Selecting Rancho de las Palmas for our wedding venue was an easy decision for my husband and I to make! Besides being an absolutely gorgeous location with great photo spots throughout the property (our guests loved exploring the scenery of the venue), Rancho de las Palmas has an excellent team to work with to guarantee a stress-free and successful wedding day! Laura and her team are incredibly friendly, personable, and professional. They were great to work with from start to finish: from the first tour of the property to the final hour of our wedding day! Laura and her team took time to pay extra attention to all the tiniest details that mattered to my husband and I (timeline-wise, décor-wise, etc.) in order to execute our dream wedding! The day itself (and even the wedding preparation and planning) flowed smoothly thanks to her expertise and coordination. My husband and I knew we didn’t need to worry at all about our special day because it was in great hands with Laura and her team! 😊

We cannot say enough good things about having our wedding at Rancho De Las Palmas. We just got married in June and the grounds were flourishing and looked beautiful. We loved all the different areas for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Laura and the team were wonderful to work with too. Laura met with us multiple times throughout our planning process, let us bring our families to tour the grounds and was always willing to answer any questions we had. The pay it forward room was a blessing for small items and Laura’s team did a wonderful job setting up all our décor the day of our wedding. We had everything labeled and talked about where we wanted it the week before, and they ran with it, not having to reach out to us once. Highly recommend RDLP!

We had our dream wedding at Rancho De Las Palmas August 2023. Laura was super easy to work with and understood our vision from the start. She was very reassuring since we live 6 hours away in SF and made sure everything we wanted was taken care of. If you want a day-of coordinator, you can hire Laura to take care of all the important details on your big day.

We also had our rehearsal dinner here (you can pay extra) to rent out the house on the premises or you could just rent out the huge outdoor area in the back of the house. Table and chairs are included with the rental fee.
We decided to go with DJ's catering that Laura recommended and they took great care of the catering + drinks part. That is another business I'd highly recommend.

Laura has a pay-it-forward program where you can donate one item from your wedding decor and you get free access to the entire room of decor such as signs, card boxes, table numbers, bar signage, vases,etc to use for your wedding which we made great use of.

Our ceremony took place in the front grassy area and the reception dinner in the cobblestone area. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how nice everything was afterwards. We had no hiccups or issues on the day of the wedding, the weather was in the low 80s and by the time dinner came around, it was perfect temperatures. The venue offers plenty of greenery and shade even on a hot day. There is also plenty of parking spaces for guests and areas for guests to roam around the venue during cocktail hour. We hope you choose RDLP when it's your turn to tie the knot, we couldn't have made a better decision.

2 day or coordinators that give you the tour, 2 day walk through, let’s you borrow stuff, rehearsal, and the day of. We felt spoiled! for sure hire their day of coordinator you can just hand them your boxes and go get ready they will put it where it would look best. They won’t ask too much of you just show up get ready walk to the aisle they will get you your drinks focus on your day and everything they will let you do anything you think works best and help you with any loose ends. Wedding day was the easiest day of my wedding weekend I thought I was living in a dream. The caterer set up and cleaned up. Put all of our stuff on a cart at the end of the day, we just had to point at a car and they got it done. It was a dream.

I absolutely had to leave a review. I had my wedding here May 7, 2022. And it was absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. The property itself makes you feel like you’re in your own paradise. My guest we’re so in love with the venue. They were just raving about it all day and even afterwards. So many places to take beautiful pictures. And I love that it’s already so pretty that you don’t need to overdo it with the flowers because there’s already flower and greenery everywhere. But the one thing that absolutely makes this venue stand out above everyone else is Laura. She is the property manager but she is also a coordinator if you decide to hire her. No questions asked you should definitely hire her. Her and her team made my wedding absolutely amazing and go down without a hitch. The whole time leading up to my wedding which was almost a year process she always stayed in communication with me anytime I had a question she would respond right away. Anytime I wanted to go see the property she would make time. But the day of was perfect. No stress at all on me or my groom she took care of everything. And she also has a giant room with a bunch of decorations that makes life so much easier. I gave her so much credit for how much patient she had. But even my guests and husband loved her! If I can do wedding planning all over again I would definitely have her on my team. The whole staff is absolutely amazing and sweet. If you’re looking for a venue this is definitely the spot. Also the food is so amazing. Laura get ready for my five year anniversary because we are definitely going to have to have it there. Thank you for everything.

All of guests were stunned at how beautiful this venue is. Pictures do not do it justice. I was fooled until I de I to book a tour and the moment we stepped into the venue we knew we wanted to get married there. It is literally so beautiful and so much greenery!!
And I cannot fail to mention Laura who runs the venue. She is LITERALLY the best! She makes everything run smoothly! She solved every issue we ran into and I had no clue until after the wedding.

We are so happy we found Rancho de las Palmas! We had less then a year to pull together this wedding and this venue was perfect for us. With their exclusive DJ (Gary of Ransom Entertainment) and exclusive caterer (DJ's Caterering) everything was easy to coordinate and we had absolute professionals creating a spectacular evening for our guests to enjoy. Laura, the on-site manager & day of coordinator, is the Best!! The food was delicious, the DJ got everyone up and dancing, plus the ceremony area and room were simply beyond beautiful.

Everything about this day was perfect. Rancho de las Palmas is an oasis where dreams come true. Laura went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. (it’s optional to book her services, but I highly recommend that you do!) Her attention to detail was amazing.
DJ Gary creates a fun atmosphere and kept everything flowing nicely, and DJs catering was fantastic. All our guests kept commenting about the beautiful venue, the delicious food, and the fun reception. I can’t say enough positive things.
