Meagan was fantastic. The girls at the paper tree were very organized, very patient and very knowledgeable.
I had to plan my wedding in 6 months because my husband was starting business school, my wedding planner was supposed to have helped me with my invitations and told me she would have her in office artist come up with a unique invitation for my wedding but several months later she had done nothing and I was in a time crunch. The girls at the paper tree went through every single book they had with me until we found the perfect invitation to convey the theme of my wedding. They were wonderful, designed all sorts of type faces for my invitations and were so kind to both my mother and I. I was in another emergency, thanks to my wedding planner, on my wedding day. My wedding planner forgot to order and pick up the paper cones for my rose petals. My mother was able to call Paper Tree and have the paper cones made and delivered in time for my wedding. These girls are fantastic, the selection, knowledge and amount of care they put into their products and helping out their customers is outstanding. I wish I would have had them plan my wedding instead of Table 6 Productions! (Horrible vendor, do yourself a huge favor and don't even think about using them)!

Ann was a pleasure to work with for all of our paper needs from invitations and escort cards to menus and even a map so our guests would know where their table was. Everything was beautiful and Ann worked hard to make sure that my daughter's vision was achieved. I would highly recommend the Paper Tree.

The only reason we choose the Paper Tree was because they carried a specific line of invitation and they were located near my parents home (which were paying for the invitations). Although the girls were friendly, they were not very familiar with their products and specifically the invitation that I had chosen. To their defense, there are hundreds of invitations to choose from, but it was a bit frustrating to have to read the instructions on the invitation form to make sure that the order form was being filled out correctly. After 2 proofs, because of multiple errors, the invitations were ordered and my father picked them up. Unfortunately, there was a spacing error on the response card. Willnot was one word. I immediately went to look at my proof, and it was on there, but the font is so small that is was difficult to tell. I immediately sent an email and expressed my frustration, I have never received a response. I acknowledge that we should have caught it on the proof, but one would think that something so basic as will not attend would be standard and as the employee typed it they should have caught the error. It is a very cute store and they have a lot of beautiful product, but buyer beware. Triple check your proofs!!!!!
