One word: GRAMMY-Worthy.
We were completely impressed with the band's professionalism, flexibility, and personal contact with us for the entire preparation period. The playlist was flexible and we had the opportunity to add our own selections to the dance list and special songs for the 1st dance, father/daughter, and mother/son. The price was perfect for us, a little more expensive than a DJ, but well worth it and we're so happy to have chosen them and NOT a DJ.
We had the jazz trio for our cocktail hour and they were amazing. Great mix or standards that made everybody float out to the deck for a great combination of jazz, drinks, and weather. For the reception we had the 5 piece band. They rocked out all night and never missed a beat. The crowd was up and moving all night and people who never dance told me that they've never heard a better band and enjoyed dancing. The songs that they played were the ones that everybody knows and enjoys. They moved to the crowd's preference and played a special dedication for a nearby campground that came over and said they were having a great time listening 1/4 a mile away. If you happen to listen to the selections on the website, they're good...but it's even BETTER in person!
It has been 2 weeks since the reception and I am still receiving messages about how great the band was and how much fun people had. Energetic, fun, flexible...I would hire this band for any engagement I have. I still smile when I think about the evening and the fun we had.
