Facilities and Capacity

The 4200-square-foot Mod House is an architectural gem built in 1959 by a follower of the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The open-plan layout and floor-to-ceiling windows connect the spacious interior to the natural world outside. Glossy wood flooring and elegant midcentury furniture give the solar-powered venue a retro feel. Three secluded acres also provide ample outdoor space for sunny day ceremonies. You can tie the knot on the lawn with a lush forested backdrop. After the ceremony, revel with your guests in an underground speakeasy and dance club within the venue. Dance to the entertainment of your choice in an intimate and timelessly cool setting. The speakeasy comes fully equipped with a bar, projector, stage, and lights. The speakeasy is wheelchair accessible and can host up to 100 guests, with parking available for up to 40 cars. Four bedrooms are available if you prefer to stay on-site on the wedding night. A large open kitchen can accommodate caterers, and the town of Ellenville is just five minutes away.
