Itsa Pizza Truck is a mobile wood-fired pizzeria based in High Falls, New York, catering weddings in the Hudson Valley. Their sourdough crusts are baked to crispy perfection in a mobile wood-fired pizza oven. Your guests will love the rustic ambience of having their experienced team crank out artisan pies at your rehearsal dinner or wedding. Itsa Pizza Truck proudly utilizes fresh, local produce and high-quality meats sourced from the Hudson Valley.

Cuisine

Itsa Pizza Truck offers artisan sourdough wood-fired pizzas, embellished by a selection of seasonal toppings. The couple can choose three specialty pies to be baked continuously throughout the service period, served buffet style by the slice. Attendees will love slices of Fig Arugula Balsamic, Pickled Jalapeno, or Bee Sting, amongst many others.

Itsa Pizza Truck offers a range of culinary services to those stepping down the aisle. In addition to their pizza menu, they round out the menu with antipasti boards, fair trade coffees, Hudson Valley ice creams, and open bar service including wine, beer, and hard cider.

A must book!

Amazing experience from booking to the day of event. The pizza was phenomenal and it ended our wedding day the best way! Everyone was raving about the pizza! Thank you for being apart of our big day!

And over the evening itself, the team set up a beautiful antipasto table and continuously whipped up three different kinds of pizza. Guests were wowed by how delicious everything was (as were we). Great Food and Great People

Everyone at It'sa Pizza truck was so amazing. If you are looking for a unique and fun food service I highly recommend reaching out for any kind of event. Your stomach and your guests will be extremely happy.

It was a hit!

We had a small, little over 50 person outdoor wedding. We were so excited for this pizza and also had the antipasto for cocktail hour. Though we were a little nervous that some of the pizzas choices (it was so hard to choose, we personally wanted to try them all!) would be a bit adventurous for the majority our families’ super traditional, plain-jane palates, we were pleasantly surprised by our guests! Everyone was cycling through to try everything and wanted to know all about this absolute gem afterwards!! Doug was deemed our favorite vendor from the very start. Super quick to respond and thoroughly on top of all our needs. Highly, highly recommend 1,000%. Super funky, super cool, super professional. Don’t settle for the usual chicken, beef, fish.

Most Memorable (and delicious!) Food for a Wedding!

This was the best decision of our wedding. When we tried various catering services, whether it was buffet, family style, or seated, we didn’t fall in love with the food. When we finally decided on Itsa Pizza, we were actually excited about the food at our wedding, and once it was over, it was a highlight for our guests. We worked with Doug from Itsa Pizza to do family-style serving to the tables in addition to buffet style, which kept the elegant feel of we wanted for our wedding. So many people commented that it was unique and delicious, both the variety of pizza flavors and the antipasto during cocktail hour. Our guests all had different favorite pies (we chose Margherita, Bee Sting, Funghi, and Arugula and Fig) and the smell of the wood-fire oven was like a campfire over our reception. Hoping that we’ll run into Itsa Pizza at future celebrations, our only regret was not eating more!

Unique, Fresh, Fun

Doug and his team did a phenomenal job! It was unique to have a pizza truck at the rehearsal dinner! We wanted a casual environment with lawn games and pizza! Catered to our needs (allergy, dislike). Food was amazing and fresh...farm to table for sure!

Pizza Dreams Come True

Doug and his team saved our day after a last minute caterer mishap. We really wanted a laid back atmosphere with family style dining, and couldn't get pizza off of our brains. He was a pleasure to speak and work with, and the food was delicious! He also accommodated and made a different kind of pie for us as a nod to my late grandparents. I would not hesitate to work with him again for any kind of party.

Best ever!

Doug and his pizza truck are amazing! He was so incredibly easy to work with, totally professional, low-key, and made everything go seamlessly, including stepping up when there was an issue with another vendor. Also, the pizzas were incredible! The guests loved it and so did we. I can't wait to eat the pies we've frozen for our anniversary.

Wedding After-Party Must Have

Having Doug and his crew provide brick oven pizza options for our wedding after-party literally made the night. We actually had a pretty big after-party crowd and even months later, I am still being told the pizza was one of the best parts. We had a few variety of pies (Bee Sing was off the hook) and salad. Mixed with our open bar and cigars, the night was top notch. I would certainly recommend the pizza here for any event (or grab a slice if you see them around the Hudson Valley)!
