Facilities and Capacity
Loft 214 offers 6,500 square feet of space for celebrating various wedding events. If a couple wishes for a seated layout, the venue can accommodate up to 175 guests. The ambiance of the venue speaks of its rustic and stylish setting that couples can customize to reflect what they envision for their special day. Customization extends to lighting of the space, which can include the down lighting on the brick wall, lighting of the dance floor and even a disco ball. Set the mood to bring this rustic and unique space to life. On the upper level is a private and secure Getting Ready Room that couples will find convenient for preparations.
Services Offered
Provided by the venue are 60-inch round tables and chairs – enough for a wedding of 175 guests. For the wedding party or other layout options, the venue also comes with farm tables and buffet tables for meal service. Other tables that the couple can use to create their perfect layout include ten high-top tables, four eight-foot tables and four six-foot tables. Event planning services involve a one-hour professional consultation occurring at six weeks prior to the big day. An additional convenience is the all-day access to ensure easy setup of the space without feeling rushed. Play and be merry at the venue with the use of the customizable photo booth, accompanied with props and all digital files. Various other amenities of custom signage, bluetooth sound system, three HD TVs and wireless mics may come in handy as the couple celebrates with friends and family. The venue itself is a reflection of the city of Stillwater; a perfect blending of historic past, embodying an old-world charm, combined with all of the amenities that support the wants and needs of today’s weddings. Set in the middle of Stillwater’s breathtaking downtown, Loft 214 served to support all of our family and friends to join us for the ceremony and celebration, surrounding us with stunning views and the perfect balance of elegance and rustic charm.
The team at Loft 214 were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that things went according to our plan, including meeting with us weeks ahead of our big day to ensure that all details were explored and addressed - which helped to make the planning less stressful. The venue’s kitchen supported our caterer, Bella Vida’s needs, and the fully-stocked bar supported our, and all of our guest’s wants. All-in-all they helped to provide an atmosphere that was simply perfect, and reflective of our special day.
Loft 214 was the perfect place for our marriage ceremony and celebration with our families and friends - we highly recommend Loft 214 to anyone looking for a great wedding experience!
