Amazing!!!
The Loft 214 provided everything we needed for our special day!! It truly was a one stop shop. The eclectic, modern, rustic, romantic vibe of the Loft required minimal additions to make it feel incredibly personal. The staff was amazing and made getting ready for the day and the day of, a total breeze. It was everything we dreamed of when searching for a place to hold our ceremony and reception!

Thank you to Emily and the entire team at Loft 214 (f.k.a. The Loft at Studio J) for making our wedding celebration absolutely amazing!
The venue itself is a reflection of the city of Stillwater; a perfect blending of historic past, embodying an old-world charm, combined with all of the amenities that support the wants and needs of today’s weddings. Set in the middle of Stillwater’s breathtaking downtown, Loft 214 served to support all of our family and friends to join us for the ceremony and celebration, surrounding us with stunning views and the perfect balance of elegance and rustic charm.
The team at Loft 214 were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that things went according to our plan, including meeting with us weeks ahead of our big day to ensure that all details were explored and addressed - which helped to make the planning less stressful. The venue’s kitchen supported our caterer, Bella Vida’s needs, and the fully-stocked bar supported our, and all of our guest’s wants. All-in-all they helped to provide an atmosphere that was simply perfect, and reflective of our special day.
Loft 214 was the perfect place for our marriage ceremony and celebration with our families and friends - we highly recommend Loft 214 to anyone looking for a great wedding experience! -

Not only is the team fantastic, but the venue space felt so homey and welcoming. Our guest couldn’t not stop raving about how perfect it was flowing between ceremony and reception. After a ton of research of trying to find the perfect wedding venue, I fell in LOVE with The Loft at Studio J with pictures alone. Then after our walk through with the staff at The Loft, it was an easy decision to pick The Loft.
My husband and I decided to go with the VIP Experience at The Loft, which provided budgets for certain wedding venue needs and the staff really made us feel like a VIP (leading up to the wedding and the day of our wedding).
Emily at The Loft made our day of so special and exciting that I was able to not ever worry about anything going on in the background. She was always on top of everything and made sure we stuck to our timeline as the day went on.
I cannot express how beautiful the building and location enough! Walking distance to the river for great pictures, hardwood floors, brick walls, with a beautiful bar area. The best perk was they have a photo booth for you to use during your wedding and my guests really enjoyed that feature.
We highly recommend The Loft at Studio J to host your wedding!

Gorgeous venue!! Can't say enough good things about the Loft, we fell in love with it instantly and it was the perfect place for our wedding reception. Charming, intimate, lots of character, definitely the industrial chic vibe we were looking for. The hanging lights and brick backdrop are just gorgeous. We had a relatively small headcount, 81 guests, and the space felt just right, neither cramped nor empty.
Emily was our wedding planner, and she was fantastic to work with! She responded quickly, kept us on task, found us great vendors, and was our day-of coordinator, well worth the extra fee! Super nice and super professional, she knows her stuff.
Tip to future brides: don't forget to let your guests know about the photobooth!! It's tucked away towards the back of the common area and we forgot to announce it. A few guests trickled their way back and found the booth on their own, but I think a lot more of them would have taken photos if they'd known!! -

OUR FAVORITE DAY EVER. And it wouldn’t of been complete without the most STUNNING venue and AMAZING staff to help create a seamless wedding day. I can’t begin to thank Emily and everyone over at The Loft at Studio J for all their hard work they put in to creating the most memorable day for my husband and I. Our guests are still raving about our big day weeks later. From the gorgeous atmosphere to the photos guests could capture themselves at the photo booth that’s included. Our wedding day was an absolute dream. Trust me, book it. -

My husband and I could not be happier that we chose the Loft at Studio J for our wedding in November!
Emily and Corey were amazing to work with. They were extremely responsive to my ongoing list of questions (especially during the pandemic). They were very understanding, flexible, and kind throughout the wedding planning process. A huge shout out to Emily, for being proactive and reaching out when the restrictions were placed on the wedding. They made us feel very safe and confident that they were going to handle our small wedding as safely as possible.
Right away, we fell in love with the rustic vibe and knew that we could take advantage of how naturally beautiful the venue is. We loved the windows, the chiavari chairs, the bar, and the fact that it has a photobooth (which was so much fun)! It is also reasonable in price, especially for around the area.
After our initial tour, they made the process so easy for us and were such a great resource. I love the portal that they put all your information in, so that you can see everything that you talked about just in case you forget something. We flipped our timeline around 9 days before the wedding due to the current restrictions, and both Emily and Corey were transparent, professional and flexible.
A huge shout out to the day of coordinator - Corey, who let us use their easels/stands when I completely forgot to buy them for my signage…totally saved the day! He also went above and beyond by referring me to some good photo op locations around Stillwater for the wedding party pics, which I appreciated since I’m not from the area.
Even after the wedding, they checked in to make sure that I was taken care of. I have to remind myself that we are not the only wedding they are managing…because they make you feel like the most special couple out there! I would rate them 100 stars out of 10 if that was possible. THANK YOU! 😊Love, Mr & Mrs Spychalla.

The venue itself is so historic, unique, and decorative. We didn't need to have a ton of decorations because the venue spoke its own story. The staff were so nice, helpful, and flexible. They really want to make you heard and make sure your day goes off without a hitch. I would recommend them to anyone! I cannot say enough good things about this venue. It is so cute and unique. -

Oh my goodness, I truly don't have anything bad to say about this venue. They were AMAZING from start to finish and always answered any questions I may have had. They made the whole process super easy and the day of went by without any problems. I had a lot of guests say how cool it was to find such a unique place that fit our personalities and everyone loved everything about the venue and the staff. The bartenders were also so spectacular. I have nothing bad to say about this venue and staff. They were all amazing and super helpful. -

We couldn't have picked a better venue for our January wedding than the Loft at Studio J. During the planning process, Emily was very attentive and able to answer all of our questions. We felt in very good hands. The day of, the staff was super attentive, helping us set up and always checking in to see if we needed anything.
We received many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn't agree more. Our bartenders were fantastic and took care of us the entire night. Every aspect of the night, and this venue, was perfect. -

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and would recommend to anyone looking for a rustic, yet intimate and elegant atmosphere. There were a couple hiccups with communication from the staff, however being 1100 miles away planning could have attributed to that. The only other issue we experienced was the disarray our event planner walked into the day of the reception. However things came
together quickly and the reception was beautiful. Judd and staff took the time to listen to our concerns and have made necessary changes to their process/business to ensure these concerns are addressed and accounted for in the future. -

I highly recommend this place!
Working with the loft was super easy! They communicated within a reasonable timely manner & they were very flexible with any changes that we had even day of changes. The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the girls getting ready room way to small for all of the bridesmaids and getting ready vendors to fit and if you want to get in on time to start getting ready you have to pay a lot more. The getting ready room is really pretty though and great for pictures & storing your things during the wedding. I would recommend this venue to other brides. -

Laurann Sent on 01/18/2018My husband and I had such an amazing wedding day - and The Loft had a lot to do with that! Annie was fantastic throughout the entire planning process - she was responsive, patient, kind, and flexible. I really cannot thank her enough for how helpful she was in coordinating every detail of our event!
However, I felt pretty hung out to dry on the day of the wedding. We had to seek out a staff person to introduce ourselves when we arrived for set up, and even then I felt like the staff was not eager to help. This staff person also left before our guests even arrived! For some reason, a lot of the details I thought the Loft would take care of were not accomplished on the night of the event. For example, the groom had to clear a catering table to make room for the late night snack, my friends had to move a table from the dance floor, etc. It was all fine in the end, and all got done without complaint. However, looking back, I'm disappointed The Loft did not come through on the promise to take care of coordinating these details. Also, we had many pretty obvious "crashers" that my parents and other guests had to ask to leave (it was NYE, and I think some people just thought it was a party!). Not a huge deal - but I would think security's job would have been to handle these situations.
This venue was a big expenditure for us - and in many ways, it lived up to its price tag. These dissatisfactions do not sully the experience we had in planning the event, or our memories from a wonderful celebration. However, I do feel The Loft failed to truly deliver on the day it mattered to us most.
