The Ultimate Facial Experience

I had an amazing experience during my visit to The J’SPOT. Not only did Ja’nisha provide one of the best facials ever, she was very professional and super knowledgeable about my skincare needs. She was a great advisor on practices I can incorporate into my daily regimen, and provided product recommendations to help enhance my skincare routine. I will definitely be visiting Ja’nisha at The J’SPOT again!

What an amazing experience...my skin looks beautiful!

What an amazing experience! Ja'Nisha made me feel so special and took time to understand my needs. I am undergoing chemotherapy so I have specific needs for my skin. Ja' Nisha listened to my concerns and talked to me about which products were best for me at this time. When I left my skin felt so soft and a week later my skin is still glowing. I feel more beautiful than I have in a long time. Also, her office is so clean and I love the 90's vibe. I will be returning to J' Spot again and again.

First time facial

This was my very first facial and I absolutely loved it. My face is feeling and looking great. For me personally, being that it was my first time, I would've liked to have been told what was happening for each step. For example when the warm towel or the toner was put on my face. Besides that, Ja'nisha was very professional and did an amazing job. I loved the music playing not too loudly and I loved her Playlist.

Quarantine Refresh

Best facial and customer service!

I recently visited J Spot and met Janisha, she is very professional and the office is small and clean. I felt safe during the Pandemic. My skin looked amazing after her consultation and products used. In addition to great service at the office, Janisha helped with product for home, keep my skin looking fresh and hydrated.

Love the feeling of beauty

I love how my skin radiates in the sun after a facial. I hate that I'm one of the people that experienced my worse acne as an adult and learned that my diet influences it. Ja'nisha makes sure we target all my issues and has the best recommendations for at home care, especially with my breakouts worsen with having to wear masks. I love the Vivant products! She has a client for life!!!

Acne free!

Thank you J’SPOT facial for making me feel confident again! The amount of care and professionalism that was showed to me made all the difference in the world! I was suffering from really bad acne and I tried everything before going to Janisha and she is just great at what she does. At my consultation she went over so much information about acne and went into details about things I never knew caused acne! I trusted the process every step of the way and I was so diligent at home with my skin care routine, I started seeing changes in my face quickly. It wasn’t a overnight transformation or course and I had to learn to really trust her and do my part and I finally started seeing my face clear up and here I am today, still going to her because I trust her and her products so much!

My face was GLOWING!!!

I love how The J' SPOT is set up for comfort and relaxation! Upon entering there was light music playing and was very welcoming. Janisha was very gentle, informative and to help ease some of my nervousness she told me the steps of the facial as she did it. Janisha was professional, caring, and you can genuinely tell that she cares and love what she does! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service my skin feels GREAT!

I came to the Jspot suffering with dry flaky skin on my forehead and eyebrows which gets worse in the winter months after my first facial I felt a major improvement my second service was even better. after each service I get a text or call later that day or the next day checking to see if my skin is ok or if I had any issues. I was recommended appropriate products to help maintain my Skin at home. Relaxing and calm environment.
