With over 16 years of experience in the beauty indicates, she loves to craft personalized makeup looks for the wedding and special occasion for her clients. This Lebanese beautician is now in Charlotte, North Carolina . As the daughter of Lebanese celebrity makeup artist Patricia Riga, Joelle followed in her mother’s footsteps and learned many tricks and techniques from the industry’s experts at a young age. Today she has perfected her skills and continues to create new and distinguished makeup looks for her customers, and is as passionate about beauty as when she first started observing her mother’s makeup applications.
