The Greenfield Barn is a historic and rustic barn wedding venue located in New Richmond, Wisconsin, only 45 minutes from St. Paul, Minnesota. The facility has a rich history, and has been in the Greenfield family for over 100 years. In 1875, Clark Greenfield and his wife Margaret bought the barn, and since then it has been passed down through generations with improvements made along the way. Current owners David and Meghan Greenfield were the first couple to tie the knot at the barn in 2013, and have been hosting others since 2015. The Greenfield Barn is a truly rustic and romantic atmosphere that allows for every couple and their loved ones to enjoy a memorable celebration of love.
Facilities and Capacity
The Greenfield Barn offers beautiful scenic views that make for exquisite wedding photo backdrops. The facility features indoor and uncovered or covered outdoor settings, so you have a variety of options to choose from. Couples can select to hold their ceremony either in the barnyard or on the hillside. There are also get-ready rooms for the wedding party to utilize throughout the celebration, and the venue is pet-friendly. The Greenfield Barn has wheelchair access, and parking lot attendants are provided for every event. Up to 210 guests can be accommodated.
Services Offered
Every detail of hosting a wedding at The Greenfield Barn has been considered, and couples can be provided with an event planner. Nearly every wedding event can be held there, including the ceremony, reception, bridal shower, engagement party, and rehearsal dinner. Elopements are also welcome. Outside vendors can be accommodated, so you can have everything just as you want it. With hillside ceremonies, tractor wagon rides can be given to transport all guests to and from the location. The on-site team can take care of set up and clean up as needed. If the couple desires, you can choose to have campfire lighting and outdoor games available for guests to enjoy throughout the day and into the evening as well. September Wedding at Greenfield Barn
The best part? No nickel and dime BS.
No extra charges for the little things. You know exactly what you're getting for your dollar and its already bundled and accounted for. Its truly the best bang for your buck when compared to other venues. And all of the things you forgot about, she has them covered before you even knew you forgot them. We also particularly appreciated being able to modify our wedding to our own goofy style. We were not limited to a small selection of vendors, with the exception of flowers, since the venue owner is also a master florist. Was not disappointed. Flowers were more perfect than I could have asked for. If you want a real, country charm and hassle free wedding, this is it. 100% recommend. If you are going to fuss over whether your linens are french lavender or country lilac, this might not be for you. But if you want the most important part of your wedding to be the memories you make with your guests, then look no further.
