Honestly I was leery about ordering at first because with a celiac diagnosis, food can become a nightmare for the one with gluten sensitivity, as in my sister’s case. However, the cake was beautiful, as well as delicious. Everyone raved about the taste and presentation and was surprised to learn it was gluten-free. We ordered a dairy free and gluten free cake from the Gluteny Bakery for our gender reveal and it was absolutely incredible!!
