Hi there and thanks for checking out The Gluteny Bakery! I am Jeanne, the owner, baker, and designer of everything gluten free! I began my journey with Celiac disease about 10 years ago. My number one goal for your wedding cake is to ensure it tastes better than the 'regular' cakes. I specialize in colored cakes and organic ingredients.
I'm a proud mother of two boys - non gluten free kiddos, so they are my biggest critics. When I'm not baking or washing dishes, I can be found practicing yoga or at the boys' baseball fields. I'm a Las Vegas junkie as well!
