The Meekermark sets out to be Houston’s most unique wedding venue. Located in Magnolia, just 20 minutes outside of Houston, this charming venue was built by a family of wedding photographers and was designed to make every aspect of your wedding picture-perfect. Built from a reconstructed barn that is over two centuries old, your celebration will have a distinct sense of history alongside its rustic beauty.

What makes The Meekermark so unique?
- You won’t find our open-air chapel anywhere else. It’s unique structure – soaring beams in the shape of a classic barn with floating mid-air windows - is the setting for an outdoor picture perfect “I do.”
- Our historic barn with modern finishes is where your reception takes place. Its exposed beams have a rustic yet modern vibe and are the perfect canvas to decorate your wedding exactly how you’ve always envisioned it. It is also equipped with panoramic doors that open up to our great lawn, creating a space where your guests can spill out into the Magnolia evening. Flooded by tons of natural light, modern fixtures, and its signature Tiffany-blue doors, we tried to think of every detail that will make your wedding look flawless.

- Get ready for your big day in our chic bridal suite with a private courtyard. Our bridal suite is large enough to accommodate all the members of your bridal party, along with your hair and make-up team. Oh, and there’s a groom’s loft, too with a wet bar.

Beautiful Venue
The Meekermark is gorgeous!! We fell in love with it the minute we walked in the door. It's an old Amish barn that was brought in and converted into a wedding venue. Such a cool story! The wood beams are absolutely beautiful! The deconstructed outdoor chapel is such a unique feature! The best part about the venue is all the natural light. The owners purposefully took the lighting into account when they set up this venue. The offer a month of coordinator which we opted for. Ms. Jen Bush was so friendly and knowledgeable. She really helped make the day go by so smoothly. If there was an issue we certainly didn't know about it. They also offer photography through the venue. Sam Meeker was our photographer! She is so talented! She's also fast! Our wedding day pictures went so smoothly. The Meekermark is a beautiful venue and basically a one stop shop with the coordinator and the photographer. Highly recommend you take a tour! You'll fall in love!

Choose this venue!
I cannot rave about this venue and the owners/staff enough! From the moment I walked in for my tour, I knew this is where I wanted to get married. Yes, the modern barn is beautiful with the chandeliers and the most beautiful bridal suite, but the open air chapel outside was everything and more! My guests still talk about how beautiful the venue was (months later)! I am in love with my pictures too! The indoor/outdoor vibe of this venue is seriously perfect. I can’t thank the owners Mark and Christine, as well as the coordinator Jen enough for giving me the wedding of my dreams. Also, a shoutout to Meeker Pictures for capturing the best day of my life in picture form. I would not change anything about my big day. You guys will not be disappointed if you choose this venue!

Breathtaking venue. BEST DAY EVER.
Wow, such a gorgeous venue! I was drawn to the majestic white frame chapel in the woods and the interior of the barn is modern and elegant. Tyler and I only went to 2 venue tours, and we knew this was the one. Charlie, the retriever pup and greeter, sealed the deal for us (but of course Amanda, John, and Sam were great too!). The Meekers were easy to work with and Jennifer Bush always answered all my questions and concerns quickly and with professionalism. The facebook group for Meeker brides is super helpful for figuring out what works, and for giving/receiving suggestions. The venue is grand and beautiful with or without decorations but allows you to go many directions with your vision. The size of the venue was perfect for our wedding of around 90 or so but typically can hold 200+. I loved every inch of this property, from the bridal suite courtyard to the swings off the back porch, and I’m here to tell you, you have found the venue you want to get married at! We had the most beautiful day and our pup Rio got to share it with us. Everything was so special and we loved spending our day at the Meekermark. Thank you from the Broussards!

Dream venue
This venue was everything I’d ever dreamed of and more. It is so different from every other venue in the area. The owners were all so sweet and easy to work with. Everyone kept telling us how gorgeous it was. When my husband forgot all the cups for drinks, they even ran to the store to get em while we walked down the aisle and didn’t have to miss a thing. I hope someone I know gets married there so I can return.

Book The Meekermark, you WONT be disappointed!
When I came across this venue I was immediately drawn to it. After thinking I wanted an all inclusive venue I kept looking around but something kept drawing me back to The Meekermark. I finally went on a tour and was blown away by the beauty and history of the venue. Not only that but ALL the Meeker’s are fantastic. When you book this venue you feel like a family! They are very responsive and truly enjoy helping you make your big day exactly as you imagined. Thank you to all The a Meekermark staff for giving us a wonderful wedding day!

Everything I wanted in a venue and more!
I am still in disbelief that I found this incredible venue via a Facebook ad! The Meekermark was my dream venue before I even knew it existed. It checkmarked EVERYTHING I wanted and then some. Modern, vintage, unique, natural, outdoorsy, gorgeous, simple, a hint of industrial and 100% what I wanted! I had looked at several venues around the Houston area in person and hundreds more online. At most, I was feeling “meh” about the best of what I saw. I felt like I was going to have to settle for something that I didn’t really want...UNTIL, I came across the Meekermark in a Facebook ad. I was immediately in love. We scheduled a tour, were greeted by Amanda and her sweet dog Charlie, and the rest is history. I could not have imagined a more perfect place, both indoors and out. All of our guests had nothing but positive things to say and I am still getting constant compliments about our outdoor chapel photos and how beautiful the whole concept is. On top of the perfect decor and location, the Meekers are photographers who have planned out every inch and detail of their venue with regard to how it will work for photography and this really impressed us. We enjoyed getting to know the Meeker family through the whole process, as they were also our photographers. Great experience all around!

Farm chic but super unique
We fell in love with this unique property the moment we drove through the front gate. It is so beautiful and like no wedding venue we've seen before (trust me, we went to a LOT of weddings last year!!). We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to attend a few public events at the venue throughout the months leading up to our wedding, and every time we stepped foot on the property we fell more and more in love with it. The management at this venue is phenomenal, so friendly and personable. Not only because they're a family operated business, but because they're also wedding photographers, so they truly understand the wedding industry and the emotional mindset of the to-be duo. We are so thankful that we got to say "I do" and celebrate with our loved ones on this amazing piece of land and with the help of their amazing crew!! Thank you Meeker family!!! You all are wonderful human beings and we are so thankful for your hospitality!

Ceremony/Reception Venue
The Meekermark checked all our boxes from our initial greeting with Amanda’s adorable dog, Charlie to the undivided attention we received while there. The owners are photographers and educated us well on fitting our ideas into their venue above and beyond our expectations. I mostly appreciated how I was asked as many questions or more than I had for the vendor. This really showed me their confidence level towards meeting & exceeding my expectations. Dates 9-12 months out we’re already limited, but I felt especially appreciated for the follow up texts and updates since Amanda remembered my individual priorities.
