Jeanne did an incredible job on our wedding cake! I was so thankful to be able to enjoy some cake with my guests and not worry about getting sick after! In addition, my gluten free guests were also able to enjoy! Delicious, on time, and beautiful! -

Gluteny Cakery made the perfect gluten-free cake for my sister’s Halloween/birthday party. Honestly I was leery about ordering at first because with a celiac diagnosis, food can become a nightmare for the one with gluten sensitivity, as in my sister’s case. However, the cake was beautiful, as well as delicious. Everyone raved about the taste and presentation and was surprised to learn it was gluten-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Gluteny Cakery for true gluten-free goodness. -

Lemon Strawberry Dairy Free Delight!
We bought this cake for our daughter who is lactose intolerant. We did a joint birthday where here were several cakes and desert options and this Lemon Strawberry cake was everyone’s favorite. Amazing taste and beautifully designed! -

Superb Bakery

We have worked with this vendor multiple times. Not only is she amazing with their delicious baked goods but also is amazing with communication with is key to me. If you have not found your vendor, definitely reach out! You will not be disappointed. What stood out from Gluten Bakery is that they can do dairy and gluten free choices which is not common and I am lactose intolerant as well. They're very detailed with their work and super dedicated. You will not regret getting them!

I knew this cake would be beautiful and taste amazing, BUT it was truly down to the detail perfect. The colors, the detail, and everything was eatable. Jeanne and her assistant/husband, Kevin, out did themselves. This cake was delivered from Texas to Alabama and was PERFECT!!! -

Highly Recommend!
I have a gluten allergy and my husband has a peanut allergy, so it was important for us to find a cake that we could both enjoy. The Gluteny Bakery was the perfect fit! We chose to have cupcakes at our wedding, and we had five different flavors (snickerdoodle, cookies and cream, vanilla, marble, and strawberry) plus our 6” cutting cake (marble with vanilla icing and filled with strawberry preserves). We had a hard time narrowing it down to five flavors because the list of possibilities was so long! The cake tasting was very helpful with picking our choices and answering any questions we had. Jeanne‘s cakes are absolutely delicious, and we had so many people at our wedding comment on how good they were! We even had people asking for her information for their own events. We highly recommend The Gluteny Bakery! -

Happy tears-Wedding day
My (now) husband and I made a last minute decision on Monday to get married on New Years Eve. My mom asked me on Tuesday if we had a cake set up for afterwards. I told her no and she's aware of my husband's Celiac issues. She found The Gluteny Bakery, called Jeanne, the owner ON TUESDAY, ordered a cake with minimal requirements. Simple. Elegant. Gluten free. Jeanne did more than deliver on all aspects. She gave us the opportunity to share a traditional moment and my husband was actually able to enjoy it without fear of consuming cake ON THURSDAY. 2 days to whip something up for a wedding and it was out of this world (the cake...and wedding)! It was absolutely delicious, stunning, and exactly what we envisioned/wanted. It brought tears to my eyes when I saw it and as a fellow baker, I know how hard it can be to think fast and please everybody involved. Thank you Jeanne, for adding a key factor to our special day so we could fully enjoy it! -

Amazing!
Our cake was fantastic! Jeanie did such an amazing job with the taste, texture, and appearance of the cake. We are so thankful that she was able to make a wonderful tasting gluten-free cake. Highly recommend her to anyone that needs gluten-free items! -

Very creative. We ordered 2 cakes which Jeanne nailed. The wedding cake was elegantly gorgeous; the grooms cake accurately reflected our hobbies (RV travel/camping with a replica of our RV and small campfire;and square dancing using the dance logo).
Both cakes were delicious ,no one guessed they were gluten free. We chose a 3-tier wedding cake with top/bottom tiers being carrot cake, center tier strawberry; the groom's cake was chocolate with raspberry filling. Both were awesome.
Jeanne was very easy to work with. We will use this cakery again for special occasions. You can't go wrong. -
