About

We are a Los Angeles based catering company, with a satellite office/warehouse in Palm Springs area, specializing in fabulous, fun, fried mini desserts for weddings & all types of special events! We bring our specially designed fryers to your wedding and make fresh, delicious 'fried on the spot' mini donuts and mini churros which are perfect as late night snacks and/or consumable party favors!

Our mini donuts also known as 'pillows from heaven' are sprinkled with your guests' choice of flavored sugar:

  • cinnamon
  • powdered
  • Vermont maple
  • vanilla
  • lemon
  • raspberry
  • ginger snap
  • lavender vanilla
  • chocolate
  • Oreo cookie crumbles.

Our mini churros, fresh out of the fryer, are rolled in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with your guests' choice of homemade dulce de leche sauce, traditional in Spain, and/or a gourmet dark chocolate sauce.

We've been in business 19 years and are eager to meet you and hopefully cater your upcoming wedding!

Did you know that we donate a large portion of our proceeds to dog rescue? Shelley, the owner of The Fry Girl Inc, also runs a senior dog sanctuary, rescuing countless dogs from Southern California shelters and finding them furever homes.

We had fresh fried mini donuts at our wedding as favors for our guests. It was such a big hit! Shelley from Fry Girl was such a pleasure to work with. She was so nice and responsive to all the questions I had during the planning process and then equally responsive even after we signed our contract with her. After signing contract, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do yet as favors, donuts, churros, french fries, etc. Shelley let me go to her truck and try a bunch of things before I made my decision. It was so nice of her to do that for us!

Shelley was even the one who came out to fry our donuts that night so I got to meet her! She was so sweet and all the guests loved her and the donuts, which were so tasty! If we ever have any future events that we could provide this service, I wouldn't think of using any other company!

I hired the fry girl to make mini donuts for my wedding after seeing them at a lavish baby shower. I'm so glad I hired them, because they really were a hit at the reception. Since I opted for a cheese wheel wedding cake, I felt this was the best alternative to real cake, which ends up tasting disgusting and stale.

By the time fry girl got around to doing my reception, they added tons of flavors, and everyone ate the donuts by the bags full!

YUM!!! This was one of the biggest hits at my wedding. I must have visited "The Donut Lady" (as we called her) 5 times during the night. Each time I think I told her I loved her. For my wedding, we had the mini donuts and they were delicious! She had an incredible amount of flavors available from raspberry to powder, even oreo! This was such a fun idea and it kept guests satisfied with something to munch on as the night went on. Plus, my reception smelled like donuts for a good part of the night. That's never a bad thing!

Fry Girl provided hot fresh mini donuts for our wedding. We chose to serve delicious mini donuts instead of cake and it was a fantastic treat for us and our guests. The donuts are AMAZINGLY delicious. Guests can customize them by adding their own sugar coatings and there are many many flavors to choose from. Fry Girl was easy to work with. They were familiar with our venue and could handle execution all on their own. We did not need to stress or worry about this vendor at all! I highly recommend these mini donuts at any and all events. Yum Yum Yum!
