The Englewood is an 1861 historic barn refurbished into a unique venue. It offers rented space for rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, and receptions—all within the Hershey, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Lancaster, and York PA areas. We personalize and coordinate your special event, hosting everything from an intimate elopement to a large ceremony and reception in our private event spaces.
Facilities and Capacity
The Englewood can host between 16 and 200 people for small and grand celebrations. You can tie the knot outside on our grounds or step in through the venue's portico to the contemporary yet rustic indoor spaces. The largest of these is the Barn venue which can accommodate 200 people seated and 250 standing. This room is equipped with a stage (perfect for your entertainment), wagon wheel chandelier, a theater-sized projection screen, professional lighting, and sound. The Mezzanine is a semi-private balcony that overlooks the Barn venue and can seat 40 people. Finally, the Green Room and Prohibition Room offer private dressing quarters for your wedding party.
Services Offered
Whichever package you choose, your wedding will come with personalized planning from our in-house coordination team. Tables, chairs, optional A/V, and dedicated event staff are also included. Bar services feature the brewery's own beer and a selection of Pennsylvania wines and spirits. In-house, buffet-style catering can be provided. It's preferred that you visit and tour with our team to discuss your preferences so we can make your big day perfect.

For a wedding venue, the Englewood was simply phenomenal. They were first and foremost very easy to communicate with. The response time was quick and questions were answered no matter how many I had. The team was a delight to work with. Carly (the social/wedding coordinator), Jessica (event sales director), and Abby (day of event coordinator) knocked our wedding out of the park. We planned this wedding in two months, but boy did it exceed my expectations. The venue itself is gorgeous, but the service was outstanding. Abby even brought me diet coke during our wedding photos and it was such a sweet gesture I won't forget. So many people worked behind the scenes to have a flawless evening. A few guests were served special meals to accommodate their diet needs hassle free. Bar service was stellar, no complaints from my happily drunk wedding guests. I didn't even have to think because the team at Englewood did it for me. The girls had a schedule, head sets to communicate walking time for the ceremony, getting guests to their seats, introductions. It was all just so smooth. They kept me on track with time without making me feel rushed or me having to look at a clock. They routinely asked if I needed anything. They set up the reception space exactly as I had planned and were open for suggestions and basically made me one happy, carefree bride. I felt like a princess. I would HIGHLY recommend The Englewood and their amazing event team for your next wedding venue!!!

Highly highly recommend
Carly and the other coordinators there didn’t let a single detail fall through the cracks. From timeline, to songs, to menu etc they help make sure you have everything planned and in a timley manner. Most places just simply provide the venue, but they truly provided you with a whole team. They ensure everything went smoothly. They set up and tore down decorations and went above and beyond! They even came up and made sure we never went needing a drink the whole reception. You really get a lot with this venue (as if they venue isn’t beautiful enough by itself!)

Perfect venue!
The Englewood was an absolutely perfect venue. We had our wedding reception here and it was flawless. The space they have is beautiful and can be customized in so many exciting ways. Carly and her team do a phenomenal job of working with you to make sure everything is perfect and the exact way you envision it. In addition, the food they have is so delicious! I cannot recommend the Englewood any higher!!! Thank you to everyone there!

Best decision! Highly recommended for your event!!
Excellent experience!! Our wedding vow renewal dinner on Sept. 22 was way above and beyond! The delicious food, the bar service, wait staff, the venue areas, the AV team set up, and especially Carly and her event planning team...were top notch EXCEPTIONAL!! The attention to all the details that go into planning an event were worry free because of the best team there! Our guests ABSOLUTELY loved it!
We're so grateful we chose The Englewood. If you ever need to plan a special event, The Englewood is the place you need to be!! Look no further. You will be so impressed with the level of customer service, the beautiful venue, location, and food/drinks.
Carly (our Englewood wedding and special event manager) is extremely helpful, accommodating, and AMAZING!!! She's very responsive to all the questions we had and she makes sure to help with anything you may need.

A dream come true!
The Englewood was a perfect venue! I appreciated how beautiful the venue is to begin with, so I needed minimum decor and it was a stunning scene. They flipped the room with ease since I had the ceremony and reception in the same room. The girls and I loved getting ready in the large suite with the included bathroom. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and encouraging.

Beautiful Wedding Venue
I highly recommend The Englewood as a venue for your wedding and/or event! My husband and I got married at The Englewood on October 22, 2022 and we could not have picked a better place. The staff at The Englewood are top-notch, professional, attentive, personable, and hardworking. From the first meeting to the "I do's," the staff took care of the logistics, decorating, food, drinks and vendors, and kept in contact with us on a weekly /bi-weekly basis.
On the day of our wedding, the staff was very attentive to not only me and my husband, but to every guest that walked through the door. They made it a priority to ask throughout the day/evening if we and/our guests needed anything and if we were comfortable. They provided two rooms for us to get ready in, which were stocked with food, drinks, gift baskets, and other needed amenities. The staff set up our decorations and, after the reception, took them down and repacked them for us.
As for the reception, the food was excellent, the drinks were delicious, and the venue was gorgeous. Anything that we requested and/or asked for, was done.
I cannot say enough about The Englewood and their staff. They made us feel like family and we cannot thank them enough for making our day extra special.

A day you or your guests won't forget
We are not even sure where to start for this absolutely incredible experience. The day turned into being the wedding of our dreams. My husband and I were blessed to be one of the first official weddings that included both the ceremony and the reception. We were easily able to confirm this was the venue for us simply due to their flexibility and accommodations. When initially meeting with the staff, they truly cared about turning the space into what we had envisioned and even helped take the load off of all the decision-making by offering their insights which was extremely helpful for me. The venue itself is gorgeous and has so much character so by adding a few touches, we were able to transform the space into something simplistic and elegant.
The service at the venue was stellar. All three ladies were so responsive, professional, and personable. Along with our wonderful coordinators, all hands at the venue were on deck to make it the most care-free day for us to really soak it all in. The staff helped from set-up to tear-down and we truly could not be more thankful for all the extra set of hands.
Honestly, everything provided had exceeded our hopes and expectations. Overall, we are truly blessed to have such an incredible experience to look back on and remember our special day. We are looking forward to seeing them grow in the industry going forward.
