Scarlett of The Elegant Ninja was a fantastic planner for our September wedding. Early on at the start of planning, she was fully on board with our vision and gave us just the right amount of guidance and validation for us to make our own decisions as needed, as well as setting up our expectations. My husband and I could tell how much she loves and cares about her work, and how much she cares for everyone involved, including the other vendors. It is well worth the money if you can afford it.

Hiring Berlanti and Scarlett was the single best wedding decision we made for our 10/4 wedding at the Bel Air Bay Club. There were certain aspects of our wedding that we had a clear vision of what we wanted but many that we didn't. Berlanti and Scarlett designed and executed both our Welcome Party and Wedding this past month, and both were absolutely magical! Throughout the planning process, we built such a strong relationship with both Berlanti and Scarlett, we trusted them completely with both events. One of my favorite things about them is that we would bring them ideas and they would come back to us with designs that were in line with our ideas, but even better and more elevated. They constantly brought us ideas we didn't even know we wanted and because of that both our days were better than we could've ever imagined. They were also always transparent with us about where to spend our money and what to expect which made us trust them more. They know what is worth it, what guests notice and what you don't really need. Having guidance like that was so helpful during a process we were unfamiliar with. On both days, I didn't feel stressed for a single minute because I knew Berlanti, Scarlett and the Elegant Ninja team had every detail handled. That type of peace of mind allowed to enjoy our entire wedding weekend and soak in all the special moments. I want to plan another party just to work with them again!!

My first daughter and I met her and her team in 2016. We were convinced Berlanti and her team were the perfect wedding planners for our oldest daughter’s wedding! I could not be more thrilled with the unparalleled professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and taste of Elegant Ninja. Berlanti and Taleena executed my dream wedding at the Beverly Hills Hotel to perfection and through their attentiveness allowed my husband and me along with our families to enjoy the day to the fullest while feeling stress free. Their vision was flawless and everything from the garden ceremony space to beautiful ballroom was everything I could have asked for and more - Berlanti really worked with me to get to the heart of the classic, timeless vision I had and truly brought it life. Berlanti and Taleena also created small special moments throughout the day that my husband and I look back on as some of our favorites from the wedding, from the ballroom reveal to our first private dance together while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour. Taleena was beyond attentive, and if we needed anything throughout the evening she was always there right behind us to make it happen.

One of the most complimented parts of our wedding was the timeline and flow of the day, and that is all due to the immense work that Berlanti and Taleena put into the event, and it felt effortless to our guests even though I know it was anything but! I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

There are no words to describe how amazing Berlanti and her team are. They are passionate about what they do, easy to work with, and truly care for each of their clients. Due to my husband and I living out of state, we put all of our trust into Berlanti and her team to make our day as special as it was. She helped pick out venues, established vendors, and handled all aspects of the contracts. Berlanti advocates for her clients as she negotiates to get them best of the best. She is resilient and can solve any problem thrown her way with grace. Three weeks prior to our wedding date, our original venue got a cease and desist leaving us without a place to get married. Berlanti and her team quickly pulled together new venue and had everything set up beautifully the night before the ceremony. Unfortunately, the Santa Ana winds came through that night and destroyed all of their hard work leaving her to rethink and completely redecorate the entire ceremony and reception. Despite all the chaos, Berlanti and her team did not put any stress on me and worked hard to give us a beautiful wedding. She saved the day all while being 8 months pregnant, remaining calm, professional, and prioritizing our happiness. It turned out to be the wedding of our dreams, and I couldn’t have asked for more.
