I could not be more thrilled with the unparalleled professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and taste of Elegant Ninja. Berlanti and Taleena executed my dream wedding at the Beverly Hills Hotel to perfection and through their attentiveness allowed my husband and me along with our families to enjoy the day to the fullest while feeling stress free. Their vision was flawless and everything from the garden ceremony space to beautiful ballroom was everything I could have asked for and more - Berlanti really worked with me to get to the heart of the classic, timeless vision I had and truly brought it life. Berlanti and Taleena also created small special moments throughout the day that my husband and I look back on as some of our favorites from the wedding, from the ballroom reveal to our first private dance together while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour. Taleena was beyond attentive, and if we needed anything throughout the evening she was always there right behind us to make it happen.
One of the most complimented parts of our wedding was the timeline and flow of the day, and that is all due to the immense work that Berlanti and Taleena put into the event, and it felt effortless to our guests even though I know it was anything but! I couldn't recommend them highly enough. -

The Dream Team!
If I could give a newly engaged couple one piece of advice, it would be to hire a planner! My husband and I were beyond impressed with Berlanti and her team (Lana, Telena & Scarlette). From the moment we hired her she was available for anything we needed and all questions we had. Her response time was always super quick! She had excellent vendor recommendations, helped me assemble Pinterest boards, sent us Etsy links and so much more. She helped us carry out our vision for our wedding day and execute it flawlessly. I highly recommend these planning super stars! -

My fairytale dream wedding
I can’t say thank you enough to the Elegant Ninja Team. My wedding night and day was perfect and I owe all of it to Berlanti, Lana, and Taleena! You guys took my dream wedding and made it a fairytale. I have no words to describe how I feel and how we feel about everything. It was just. Perfection. They made my day so special, so romantic, so incredibly filled with love. Things I never imagined I’d feel or get to experience. Thank you so much for taking my fairytale and making it a reality with the man of my dreams.

Berlanti and her fabulous team helped us execute a 3-event Indian wedding with numerous intricate details, a large amount of vendors, and a hefty guest count: she always made sure we were ahead of schedule both day-of and leading up to the event, always communicating with every vendor and our venue with precise detail and coordination. All of our ideas, from big to small, were listened to and executed perfectly - including my grand entrance on an auto-rickshaw at 8am for our traditional 3 hour wedding ceremony! I think that's enough to realize that she can do anything and everything you would ever hope for on your wedding day :) cannot recommend her more, and trust me, you need someone like this guiding you throughout your wedding planning process - she's always just a phone call away, so generous with her time during our marathon planning meetings, and extremely knowledgeable about the wedding industry in LA and beyond! THANK YOU BERLANTI! Cannot wait for the next event we get to plan together. -

The best of the best!
Berlanti was my wedding planner for my private estate wedding. I was a destination bride so there was a TON of effort that had to be put in and i needed someone that i could count on, that i could relate to, and that i could trust to execute my vision. Berlanti, her assistant Lana, and their team seriously blew ALL of my expectations out of
The water! If you’re going to hire a wedding planner (which i 1000% recommend), look no further. The Elegant Ninja will make your dream a reality. On top of all that Berlanti and her team did throughout the entire process, i would text her non stop about questions, to talk me off a ledge, or ask for advice and she always put my nerves at ease and responded immediately. All i can say is when you pick your vendors, you want people that have the best communication and care about your day as much as you do - BERLANTI WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!! On top of that she has amazing recommendations for vendors and with her savvy business skills will get you
The best possible deal and price on anything and everything. Her name and reputation in the business alone will take you soooo far. Cannot recommend the elegant ninja enough! -

The Elegant Ninja helped me plan the most EPIC wedding!
As I reflect on our wedding day...one word comes to mind...it was absolutely EPIC! I already knew The Elegant Ninja was responsible for creating some of the most mind-blowing weddings and events in California, so when I got engaged, I knew she was the person to help us create the most magical day. Berlanti from The Elegant Ninja is the most incredible superwoman out there - truly defines an “elegant ninja”. She went above and beyond from the moment we signed with her. There’s absolutely no way we could have done our wedding without her - from all the little details, to all the big feels and everything in between - Berlanti made our day the most magical, dreamy, picture-perfect wedding. She’s someone with impeccable taste and if you’re ever on the fence about something, is patient and kind while helping you make the most elegant choices.
Our wedding planning had a couple “bumps” (original wedding venue canceling on us… global pandemic… multiple changes in layouts…), and there’s absolutely NO WAY we could have gotten through all of it without Berlanti. Somehow every time I got off the phone with her, I just knew everything was going to be beautiful and totally fine - no matter what the world threw at us! She made our wedding day the most perfect day for us.
Berlanti is worth her weight in gold and truly the best in the business!
Also — Shoutout to her detail-oriented, always classy, talented and lovely assistant Lana! We loved both of you SO much!! -

We had the pleasure of working with The Elegant Ninja for our wedding this past August at Malibu Rocky Oaks and the entire team is fantastic!
Berlanti is amazing and is always so on top of it. She works super hard to make sure your wedding goes flawlessly and her whole team is super approachable and easy to get a hold of via email, text, and phone call. We always felt like she listened to us and then helped make our ideas come to life.
On the day of the wedding itself, she was truly in her element working on everything and making us feel like everything was under control which allowed us to relax a bit and enjoy the day! The Elegant Ninja knows how to throw an AMAZING wedding, and really knows the details of the wedding business inside and out. Having their team help us plan and execute the event was huge and they took care of all the small details so we didn't have to worry about it.
Needless to say, if you hire them you definitely CANNOT go wrong. They are absolutely amazing to work with, super organized, and so on top of it. I was so impressed with their level of knowledge and professionalism -- they made brought out dream wedding to life! -

A dream to work with and true talent for making your dream come true!
Berlanti and her team were beyond all expectations. They were prompt, knowledgeable, driven, creative, and very organized! We were able to turn Malibu Rocky Oaks into a modern Native American oasis reflecting my culture with the help of these girls! I wouldn't of trusted anyone else with my big day and I plan to use these girls for all my future life events that require a large party (so basically all my life events haha)! -

Kelly Sent on 06/18/2018I hired The Elegant Ninja as a full service planner for my wedding that was booked at Malibu Rocky Oaks in March 2018. Berlanti and her team did a fantastic job helping me work through the planning, logistics, vendor management, and most importantly, the day-of execution of the vision. I worked very closely with Berlanti who had endless suggestions of how to improve upon/ reduce cost and still be able to achieve the same amazing end result. Due to her efforts to coordinate between my wedding and the bride whose wedding she was planning the day before at the same venue, we realized 25-30% discounts for sharing rental furniture/equipment. THIS was HUGE as MRO is a private residence, everything has to be brought in and set up, per event.
On the day of the wedding, I arrived at the venue and there was a sea of activity, Berlanti and her team were managing the set up of all of the vendors and all of the finishing details were taken care of so that I could focus my attention on getting ready. Her small army of assistants were there to make sure that all of my guests were continually served and happy throughout the night and that my husband and I stayed on track with the schedule for the evening (and more importantly actually got to enjoy the food and drinks that we had spend hours selecting).
The best compliment a bride can receive is to hear how wonderful the execution of the event had been and the overall attention to detail, I received several compliments/comments like this throughout the evening. Do yourself a favor and hire the Elegant Ninja as the full service planner for your wedding, their rates are extremely competitive and they will go above and beyond for you to make sure that your event is a huge success. -

I planned my destination wedding in Malibu, CA, from Dallas, TX, and the process was absolutely seamless. Every vendor she recommended was amazing, her team was incredible, and everything was more perfect than I could have even imagined. Berlanti was so helpful in every planning meeting leading up to our big day - whether on the phone or in person. Not only was she incredibly professional and knowledgable, she also did an amazing job of making my vision come to life - I trusted her to make all the design decisions and to say I was impressed the day of my wedding would be an understatement. Berlanti has an incredible eye for design and trusting her to make my wedding day perfect was the best decision I made. The wedding day was executed perfectly, with no drama and no issues at all. If you are looking for an incredible wedding planner who at the end of the day will even feel more like a friend - use them. I cannot recommend this team enough. -

Alex Sent on 06/19/2018Berlanti and her team did a fantastic job helping me achieve my dream wedding at Malibu Rocky Oaks. She gave me a tour of the property and walked me through where cocktail hour is, dinner set up etc. Her knowledge of the property is extensive and was super helpful along the way. Berlanti had amazing contacts (flowers, rentals, caterers, parking, DJ) they were all excellent vendors that I would highly recommend! The day of the wedding, Berlanti and her team executed everything perfectly and put my crazy wedding brain at ease!
If you are thinking of having a wedding @ MRO, Elegant Ninja is the only way to go! -
