Soraya was amazing to have as part of my wedding team!! When we picked our cake flavor for our wedding I never dreamed it would turn out so perfect!!! We were able to sample some of the cake and icing flavors that really helped us decide what we wanted for our event. We absolutely loved the Vietnamese coffee flavor, but we wanted to add something personal to the flavor profile for our event. Soraya worked with us to make suggestions to get the flavors we wanted and it turned out perfect. She also helped us with a unique design with separate tiers and beautiful edible florals. It was everything we could have hoped for and more!!

We met with Soraya and had a very good planning session. She provided samples of her cake and fillings. After learning of our wishes she made several proposals and we settled on the design and flavors. On the day of our wedding we were extremely satisfied with the end results and numerous quests asked for information on Soraya and were impressed with the tastes of the various layers as well as the beauty of the cake. She helped make our day special and I would recommend her to anyone in the area that is looking for an attentive, talented and friendly lady. By being an independent baker she is able to give much more focus on the individual needs of each bride and her desires.

From the start to the end, picking my cake was a breeze and absolutely a great experience. Soraya is a genius at what she does. Her level of patience when working with me was awesome and allowed for us to collectively come up with ideas that produced the ultimate cake. When I saw it I was in awe... words can not express how pleased my husband and I were.. and to top it off...The cake was beyond delicious! The Cake Attic has a faithful customer out of me and I look forward to the next time I can work with them!

My husband and I loved our wedding cake and we had many people tell us how much they enjoyed it! My mom was even eating it with her fingers at the end of the night, along with the groomsmen! One of our flavors was Monkey Business with bananas and it was sooo tasty! We had leftovers and I ate it every day the week after the wedding. I was really glad we were taking our honeymoon later on just because I enjoyed the cake so much the days following the wedding!

All of our interactions leading up to the wedding were great, and Soraya did a wonderful job incorporating everything we wanted into the cake. My husband is deathly allergic to peanuts, so it was extremely important that we have a peanut free cake. Soraya made sure that everything was peanut free and safe for my husband. Most bakers will just tell you, "Sorry, we can't guarantee our cakes are peanut free," and they don't take the time to deal with it. I really appreciated that Soraya was willing to work with us despite my husband's serious allergy.

Soraya did an amazing job on our wedding cake! Planning a wedding is very stressful but Soraya made this part of my wedding planning very enjoyable. Shes very helpful with everything! She customized our cake to exactly what I had pictured. It was perfect! I would recommend The Cake Attic's services to anyone.

I couldn't have been more pleased. EVERYONE was impressed by the cake. It was beautiful, artful, and delicious. I have a backgrond in art (art teacher) so I am pretty picky when it comes to design. The cake exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that she doesn't live in my area, or I would use her on a regular basis.

There isn't one thing I can complain about! The Cake Attic exceeded all of my expectations! Would highly recommend if you are looking for crisp perfection!!
