The staff was incredibly respectful of both my budget and personal style, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. They never rushed me in making my final decision, allowing me to fully enjoy the moment. To top it off, they offered delicious wine, making the experience even more special for my family and me.

The ladies here are like no other! I have been coming to them since I was 14 looking for my quinceanera dress! I have found that dress, my prom dress, and now my wedding dress with them!! They treat me and my family like family and attend to us quickly and met all our needs! I always recommend to anyone and everyone! I don’t even know where to begin, everything was excellent. They were all so kind, professional and so helpful. One thing that I appreciated so much was that they didn’t rush me, they let me take my time to make sure I found the one. I loved my experience there, it felt as if they were apart of my family helping me try on dresses. I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else, this is the best bridal shop out there.

As one of the previous owners of The Bridal Rail, I am well aware of the superior service and products it offers. So when it came time for my son's wedding, there was no question as to where I was getting my mother's dress. Did I shop around? Absolutely, and I'm so glad I did because in doing so, it only confirmed what I already knew. I visited several nice shops but none came close. In working closely with Janine, she made it so easy to find the perfect Jovani gown, fitted to perfection by her amazing seamstress, Amber!
After shopping throughout Dallas, my daughter-in-law, Yaelis, also found her dream gown at The Bridal Rail, a beautiful Allure gown with matching cathedral veil. Yaelis wanted to customize her gown by adding bishop sleeves and Amber was so patient and attentive to her needs. The end result was pure perfection. She looked and felt so beautiful and received so many compliments.
Having been on the customer service end for years at The Bridal Rail, my expectations are high but I must say Janine and her staff exceeded my expectations. We were so cared for and I felt so blessed to be on the receiving end of The Bridal Rail's amazing service. If I could give one tip to someone shopping whether it be bridal, mothers, bridesmaid, flower girls, prom or tuxes - really they have it all! - I would say go to The Bridal Rail, they have been doing this for over 40 years for a reason, because they really are that good!

The Bridal Rail is a true treasure! The lady who helped me was very sweet and she only showed me dresses in my price range which was a big plus. I bought my Maggie Sottero dress during their Valentine's Day promo and they gave me a gorgeous headband for free! I paid half of what I would have at another shop for a dress that is every bit as gorgeous! I cannot wait to wear my gown on July 11,2015! A++!

The Bridal Rail has always been extremely helpful to my family weather it be for prom or wedding, so it was a no brainer where I wanted to go to fine my dress! Jessica was who helped me and she was amazing! She helped me to get a better vision of what I wanted and go out of my comfort zone a bit and ultimately find my gown!
