Excellent service at the store, the ladies that help me whit the dress are so accessible!

They had a great selection. The employee who helped me was very professional and helpful in deciding what I liked and didn’t like throughout the shop.

Had so many problems with them. They lied to us multiple times. Would not give us our money back lying to us saying they had ordered our dress when they hadn't. They didn't order the dress for almost two months after paying for it. They upped the price compared to other dress salons, which we did not find out until too late. They wasted our time having us come in for measurements after they lost them the first time, but didn't let us know they lost them until a month later.. Then they called again a few days later saying they could not get alterations done, and we would have to do it separately and find our own place. It has been one thing after another. Sent us home with a dress they then made us bring back. They do not know what they are doing or talking about. Worst experience that we have ever had with a shop. We even dealt with the owner and she tried to cover her tracks and appease us by lying straight to our face. Now we have to pray that the dress even comes in in time to get altered or even for the wedding. Shop here at your own risk for wedding dresses.
