I came to Andrea after my biggest mistake during the whole wedding planning process -- I had taken my dress originally to a woman who was unscrupulous and lazy. I came to Andrea 2.5 weeks before my wedding, with my dress hemmed (unevenly, might I say, but that was the least of my worries), but with the top looking entirely wrong, and without the sown-in cups I was promised. I was worried I'd have to find some other dress. Not only did Andrea take me on, but she made me stop worrying. She did everything the previous lady did not do -- she listened to my concerns, she looked at me and how I looked in the dress. The dress was ready a week before the wedding; fit like a glove and looked great. If I could give her six stars, I would!

The Bridal Loft(specifically Andrea) was recommended to me by my Bridal Consultant (Robin) at Charlottes Bridal. I had a VERY long train and needed an expert in order to wrangle that thing into order/bustle after the ceremony. Every interaction I had with Andrea was fantastic! Not only is she an expert on all things bridal but she is a fun person to be around. I had fun at my alteration appointments. Andrea did an amazing job at fitting my dress to me like a tailor made glove and creating an elaborate 15 point bustle that looked amazing. I highly recommend Bridal Loft to anyone needing alterations for any special event.

Andrea is phenomenal. I went to three different alterations places before picking her to work on my gown. She has a wonderful personality that puts you at ease AND she is funny! She is an expert in her field AND she is affordable! I wouldn't have just picked anyone to work on my $1,800 gown. I knew right away she was experienced and I trusted her with my alterations. My gut was right! I would highly recommend her!!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Andrea! She basically had to redo my entire gown. I am petite and of course the gown I ordered didn't order in petite sizes. So we had to alter the bodice, the shoulders, the hem. Like seriously crazy work. But it fit me like a glove, and it looked phenomenal. I had so many people say they couldn't believe how well the dress fit me, and how beautiful it looked (clothes have always been awkward!), but seriously. LOVE my dress, and love these ladies. Trust in what they are doing and they deliver results!

I worked with Lei at Bridal Loft for my Bridal Gown Alterations based on the recommendation from Charlotte's Bridal where I purchased my gown. Lei was a treat to work with. She didn't waste my time and did the work required so that my dress fit like a dream. She worked with me to find convenient times for fittings so that I could fit it into my busy schedule. It's not easy to trust someone with an expensive, all lace, wedding gown, but Lei is more than competent at what she does. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Lei and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of alteration services.

Andrea pressed and steamed my wedding dress--I had to take it on the airplane and it was quite wrinkled when I arrived in Portland. But, Andrea had it wrinkle free and looking great right on time. She even took a few stains out of the hem for me and fixed a small, but noticeable wrinkle in the lining of the dress near the bust, all at no additional cost! She was very friendly and polite. The studio was cute, clean, and organized. She had the dress hanging up for me to see before she packaged it up, which I thought was a nice touch. She also had a special way she folded and then pinned the skirt and train to keep it from re-wrinkling when I took it to the wedding venue. I was very pleased with my experience.
