I can't say enough about how wonderful Bread & Butter Catering is to work with! I am the mother of the bride and collaborated closely with the B&B team throughout the planning process. They were such a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Our event coordinator Renee brought it all home and orchestrated the reception my daughter and her husband - and her father and I - dreamed of. The food was SPECTACULAR ... creative, delicious and impeccably served. The antipasto and seasonal vegetable boards during cocktail hour were built with amazing care and consideration for every flavor profile (the figs were a particular favorite!). One guest told us they thought it was almost too beautiful to eat! They (and everyone else) quickly got over that and there was little left at the end of the hour. And dinner, WOW, everyone raved about the Southern barbeque menu and how thoughtful it was to have vegan and GF options. Renee went above and beyond to give me peace of mind all night, taking care of everything so that I could just relax and be in the moment with our family and friends. Mothers-of-brides, HEAR ME on this point ... the last thing I wanted was to be distracted with the issues that crop up during any large party like this, and I absolutely was NOT. Renee managed everything and it was seamless. My husband and I danced our feet off and had the time of our lives. From initial conversations with Emma and Kelly about menu planning and rentals, to ceremony planning and day-of logistics with Renee and the incredible team that was there cooking and serving, it was FLAWLESS. We were looking for a top notch caterer that would deliver the best meal and they did it! They catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding and we couldn't be happier with the quality, service and planning done with Bread and Butter! Emma was so great to work with leading up the event and answered all of my questions with such kindness and patience. We had stations for our rehearsal and it was such a fun option I'm glad we were able to use! Our family style roasted dinner was so tender and flavorful. Our biggest fear was having dry chicken or beef at our wedding and let me tell you, this was the most tender meat we've had at any wedding! They have so many menu options that really let you plan the exact event you want. We couldn't recommend them more for your catering needs!

We don't even know where to start because the entire Bread & Butter team was THAT good! They really do know how to throw a party and we can't recommend them enough. The entire menu was absolutely incredible and all of our guests were raving about how delicious the food was. From the day that we hired them they were amazing to work with, incredibly communicative and professional. Renee was our day of coordinator and we are so grateful for her! She helped give us the wedding of our dreams by flawlessly executing our vision, and she was such a calming presence throughout the final weeks and days. They were worth every penny and we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

B+B food is absolutely delicious!! Very flexible as I redid our menu several times. We had stations during the reception which all the guests seemed to enjoy so they could try a bit of everything. Phenomenal job!

The team at Bread & Butter is absolutely amazing! With the COVID pandemic, I had to completely re-plan my whole wedding. Bread & Butter were very accommodating and more than willing to make the necessary changes. They were so flexible to work with from our rental needs to our menu. The food was incredible and every bite was picture worthy. I had high expectations and they blew me away!. Even almost a month later, all our guests are still saying how we had the best food they have ever had a wedding. I can't wait to use Bread & Butter again in the future! You guys, just book Bread & Butter now. I cannot tell you how amazing it was to work with them and how DELICIOUS their food is. All of our guest could not (and still haven't) stopped raving about how amazing all the food stations were and how much fun it was to pick what they wanted to eat. I'm already trying to find another excuse to throw a party so I can eat so much more of their delicious food. The team who was at the wedding was also so friendly and helpful, it just made our day so special.

A week later and everybody is still raving about the food at our wedding. Every passed app at cocktail hour, the cheese board, and all the entrees were ready on time, tasted amazing and were beautiful to look at. The staff was friendly and accommodating all night, and we're really grateful that B&B also had a bartender service they could provide us for our BYOB venue as well! Overall, hiring B&B was one of the best choices we made in planning our wedding.

The name Bread + Butter does not adequately capture the presentation, quality, craft, and service that the fine people of Bread + Butter Catering provide. We started our wedding caterer search almost two years ago with a clear idea of what we wanted, and an unclear vision of how best to execute. Emma was the first person to not only listen to our concepts, but the first to internalize and improve upon them. She was responsive, professional, and always gave us options or reasonable suggestions as to why we would offer one dish over another or serve in a particular way. She helped us build a wedding menu that completely fulfilled our vision and provided our guests with all their dietary, flavor, and nutritional needs.

Closer to the big day I began working with Kelly on rentals and final adjustments. Kelly coordinated the entire process, finding the right vendor and support for our needs, while keeping such issues off of our plate during those last busy days before the wedding.

On the day of the wedding, the staff of B+B blew us away with their presentation, efficiency, and attention to detail. The venue ownership and staff, in addition to our guests, remarked continuously on- site and after the wedding about the excellent staff and the exceptional food. Of particular note was the addition of the Pu-Pu platter as our late-night snack, which earned rave reviews immediately. Our venue and our photographers were so impressed that they rapidly shared the food and layout on their Instagram pages. At the end of the night, the staff cleanly packaged all our leftovers, which allowed us to eat like royalty for another week.

For a reasonable fee, B+B also handled all of our dessert operations, which were provided by another vendor. They supplemented our own serving dishes to create a beautiful display. After the event, and even after all payments had gone out, the staff still went above and beyond to help us locate, identify and return a lost cooler. You really can’t ask for a higher level of service!

In summary, Bread + Butter Catering is a professional, quality, culinary experience with extremely attentive and personal staff, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
