We cannot recommend For The Love of Food and Drink enough — they were absolutely incredible from start to finish and worth every single penny. The service was truly top notch, and the food was phenomenal. We chose a BBQ menu, and to this day we still have guests talking about how amazing it was. We even had a family member from Texas say it was the best BBQ he’s ever had, which says everything.

Beyond the food, we also utilized their wedding day-of coordination services, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They made the entire day run so smoothly and handled every detail so we could truly enjoy ourselves. As soon as we finished the ceremony and were ready for photos, they had drinks waiting for us — such a small touch that meant so much.

During cocktail hour while we were taking pictures, they made sure we didn’t miss out by bringing us trays of hors d’oeuvres and personally serving us so we could enjoy everything. They continuously checked in to make sure we, our families, and our guests had everything we needed.

At the end of the night, they packed everything up beautifully for us, including leftovers and the top of our cake, making it so easy to grab the next day. The level of care, professionalism, and thoughtfulness they showed was unmatched.

We truly cannot say enough good things about For The Love of Food and Drink and cannot wait to use them again for future events. They played such a huge role in making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

For the Love of Food + Drink catered both our rehearsal dinner + wedding reception September 2025 and they outdid themselves! They were very accommodating to having gluten free options and creating a menu that we envisioned! We are STILL receiving compliments from our wedding guests about the food and how delicious it was! Bill and Wendy are lovely to work with and their staff at the event ere professional and thought quick on their feet to adjust the layout of serving food when the forecast changed to rain! They are the best and I would strongly recommend to work with them at your next event!

Wendy was very responsive over email and phone and was helpful in planning the menu for our guests. We had a tasting a few months before to refine the menu - Wendy and Bill were flexible to our taste preferences and food allergies! We had For the Love of Food and Drink for catering, bartending, and day of coordination services for our September 2025 wedding. From the start, we were so incredibly impressed. Wendy (day of coordinator) and Bill (chef) are some of the friendliest, kindest people to work with! They cared deeply about every aspect of our day and made us feel so special, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Bill’s food is spectacular and the best food I’ve had at a wedding. We did a trial where they welcomed our parents and us for a several course meal that blew our minds. I have a lot of dietary restrictions, and they not only carefully looked after each, but made me a meal that tasted better than I could’ve imagined. You never would’ve known it was restrictive and everyone there thought it was some of the best food they’d ever had.

Wendy’s preparation and execution of our wedding day coordination was perfection. She ran our rehearsal so smoothly, and on our wedding day, we felt like we were in great hands and didn’t have a worry in the world. She really enabled us to just enjoy the day and soak it all in without worrying about details. I’m a bit type-A and it takes a lot for me to trust others to handle details, but Wendy truly allowed for me to relax, and she surpassed our expectations, allowing us to enjoy the most perfect day. We had a last minute situation with another vendor in the days leading up to the wedding, and Wendy very calmly alerted us to the situation and had several backup plans already in motion.

In every way, it’s clear that For the Love of Food and Drink is an expert in the business - from their experience in weddings to their connections with other vendors. Thank you so, so much, Wendy and Bill, for making us feel taken care of like family for our wedding day!

My husband and I had a wedding celebration up at a summer camp in Maine this past September and we were so thankful we found Wendy and Bill to cater for our reception! From the start, they were incredibly accommodating of the various dietary restrictions we had to account for (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan) and they were able to work within our budget.

We were planning this celebration from a distance and Wendy and Bill's communication was incredibly professional and prompt. Every time we brought up a question or possible concern they were incredibly reassuring and offered solutions.

We used the FTLOFD team for our wedding at Cunningham Farm Maine. I cannot say enough good things. Wendy, her daughter, her husband, and her team are absolutely fabulous. Our wedding went off without a hitch due to Wendy's careful consideration and planning as our Day of Coordinator. On top of that, she was a friendly, calming presence throughout my whole day, and I don't know how I would have done it without her. She was always there to answer my questions, and she didn't let anything slide through the cracks. We hired her for our bar, rehearsal dinner, and reception. BEST company ever!

We couldn’t have been happier with our caterer! From the rehearsal dinner to the wedding day appetizers, dinner, and desserts, everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were so kind, professional, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. They offered plenty of menu options and really let us guide the selections to fit our tastes and vision. Our guests are still raving about the food—highly recommend!
