Quality of Service: She was considerate of our wedding budget, color, venue, and ceremony location. She looked at images of the church, bridesmaid dresses, and venue, such that she was able to help us generate the look and feel for the entire day that was cohesive with everything.

Responsiveness: I communicated with Joann and she responded to my emails quite quickly, within a week.

Professionalism: She took the time with me and my maid of honor, and parents to generate and cohesive pallet and atmosphere for the whole day. She had images of all the tropical flower such that we could pick exactly what we wanted and were able to envision it.

Value: Aside from recommending flowers that were budget friendly, she also was able to suggest decorations that could be reused from the ceremony to the reception. She suggested budget friendly details that our guest enjoyed and created an much for friendly, floral, and tropical ambiance at the reception.

Flexibility: She was able to use the flowers that we wanted while still considering our budget. She suggested flowers that fit our budget and were able to give the ambiance, feel, and color pallet that we got.

Joann Higa at The Blooming Pot was wonderful!! She was incredibly helpful, sweet, and respectful of what I wanted during the planning process. I loved talking with her, and she was very generous in offering suggestions and ways I could make the day beautiful without spending more than I wanted too. That was very refreshing in a time where you start to get used to people asking you to pay more and more. The flowers were even more beautiful than I had imagined. She has a great eye for naturally beautiful flowers, and they came out exactly like I would have hoped. She did an excellent job at making the location beautiful. She was a joy to work with.
