An absolute dream team!!! Donna, Sanela, and the entire team at The Beauty Suite were the absolute best and I can’t say enough great things about them. First, Donna was my point person from day one - she gave me a tour of the suite, explained the packages, and answered every question. She is a sweetheart and genuinely cares about making your day perfect. I had to postpone my wedding because of COVID and working with Donna was one less stress I had because she was always available to text about new dates and availability - even on the weekends. I had a very large bridal party also and Donna re-organized everyone with my new date seamlessly. I cannot rave enough about her! I worked with Sanela for both my bridal hair and makeup and will recommend her to every bride!!! Her talent brought exactly what I wanted to life and she is an absolute sweetheart. She even texted with me while I was buying my headpiece to help me decide which style would look best with the hairstyle we were going to do. She is the absolute BEST!!! Also, if you’re thinking of doing the suite prep party - DO IT! This was one of the best decisions I made for the wedding. First, the suite is stunning and I have the most beautiful pictures thanks to its decor. It also was great because my very large bridal party was able to take beautiful group shots there. From the moment I arrived in the morning, Donna treated me like every bride wants to be on their wedding day. Everything from robes, food, champagne, etc. was beautifully arranged and provided. When my bridal party bouquets were delivered there, Donna individually placed each in water and spoke with my florist to make sure we had everything right - something I didn’t expect but it’s things like that that show how Donna really prides herself in their services and goes above and beyond to make the day stress-free for the bride. I was also very grateful because Donna’s attention to detail allowed my mother to really enjoy the morning herself, rather than her being the one to set things up and make sure things ran smoothly. My morning at the Beauty Suite was nothing short of perfect and I recommend the prep party there to every bride who wants to be treated like a princess on their wedding day! The Beauty Suite was the perfect wedding day glam squad! I chose to work with Sanela for my hair and Chris for makeup. Sanela arrived early at our location and was ready to start immediately when I got to the venue. Sanela completely understood my hair vision and made sure my waves were perfect for walking down the aisle! Chris was an absolute gem, my makeup lasted the entire night and he did lots of last minute touch ups for photos! Both Chris and Sanela made me and my bridal party feel comfortable while getting ready. Thank you for the perfect glam!

I contracted the beauty suite for makeup and hair service for me and my bridal party. All 13 of us to be exact. Donna was very responsive to me and did not give me any problems to have so many girls needing makeup and hair service. Not only did they accommodate us all in a timely manner finishing before the scheduled ready time but they exceeded my expectation. All of my girls came out looking so beautiful and I was nervous only because some of my girls don't like alot of makeup but the artist accommodated them and did a beautiful soft look and for some of my girls who were worried about their hair staying in place all day, it did and looked beautiful! As for me the bride, Alexis did my makeup and Danielle did my hair and WOW what a job well done they both did on me. They did a fantastic job with me and I stood beautiful the whole day and I felt beautiful the whole day! I highly recommend them. They helped make my day memorable because everyone raved about how beautiful I looked and it's all thanks to them!! I'm so glad I chose the beauty suite for my Wedding Day!

I cannot thank The Beauty Suite enough for being apart of my wedding day on Aug. 27th. From inquiring about their services, to booking, to the trial, to the day of, the entire process couldn't have been more seamless or professional. I hired Sanela for my hair/makeup and I cannot tell you enough how incredibly talented she is. I wanted Hollywood glam and she DELIVERED Hollywood glam. My makeup and hair stayed the entire wedding day/night perfectly and, we even had rain! Everyone is still complimenting on what a beautiful look she created for me. On the other hand, my bridesmaids got their hair and makeup done by Alexis, Chris, Karyn and Danielle and they all too, looked absolutely stunning! My sister actually had a black eye the morning of and Chris went above and beyond to cover it up for us. Everyone at The Beauty Suite is incredibly talented, professional and want you to look your best. I HIGHLY recommend booking with The Beauty Suite for all your events, especially your wedding!

Sanela and team were absolutely amazing for our hair. My hair was absolute perfection and stayed the whole night. She is the sweetest human being and I can’t thank her enough for the hair of my dreams!!

I got married on March 19th, 2021. I hired Vilda and Anjali along with 2 other artists (Sanela and Alexis) to do my makeup/hair along with my 5 bridesmaids, mother and 2 flower girls. Are these artists very expensive? Absolutely... but you get what you pay for! Quality and longevity!! The girls arrived on time, were professional, very prepared, not to mention fun to be around and most importantly extremely skillful. My bridal party looked flawless. Some of them didn't want makeup that was too heavy and the girls adjusted to their needs. Their makeup and hair lasted all night. We started our appointment at 7am and at the end of the night (10pm) everyone still looked fresh. And they have all different hair types. My makeup/hair didn't budge as well and my first look was outside in the middle of a wind storm. I remember my sister specifically saying at the end of the night post after party at 1am "your hair/makeup still look perfect". I simply touched up my lips. Also the weeks leading up to the wedding I was in communication with Vilda and Anjali via email about lipstick/hair extension questions and the both responded promptly. Vilda was also a veil expert! She really is a pleasure to be around. Funny and very calm. These girls cost a lot yes, but they are VERY good at what they do. You gotta pay to play. :)

I cannot thank Anjali and Diana enough for their talent and time. Not only were they magicians with my and my mother's hair and makeup, but they were also so kind. I am still getting compliments on my hair and makeup almost a month after the wedding. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT BOOK ANYONE FROM THIS BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY VILDA! I am writing an extremely long review because this needs to be heard! Terrible service i received and the lack of communication and customer service was ridiculous!! Something that is important to remember is that they work for us, we DO NOT work for you so customer service is ALWAYS important. Initially, I emailed to Toribbeauty on instagram to book makeup services for my wedding date next year, on labor day. I received a quote from Donna who is in charge of pricing etc. One ridiculous thing, not only are there prices ridiculously high for hair and makeup, but they were charging me 25% more fee because my date fell on a holiday, this business is very money hungry!! Donna gave me a quote for Vilda also, a hair stylist who I also wanted to book for my wedding date and also said she charges $50 more to apply extensions, a holiday fee, and a travel fee of each artist that comes.

Vilda and I spoke a few days later on the phone and she said that she does not charge a hair extension fee or a holiday fee and gave me a decent price for myself and my bridesmaids that I was ready to book her (again, terrible service that i was initially given from Donna). I then told Vilda to send me a contract and to send me a travel fee estimate so I can book her asap. She said she would get back to me the next day. Since then she has not, I have been texting her, calling her everyday since that day, left her voicemails to give me a call back when she was free and she would not pick up the phone. All i wanted to do was book her and she would not give me the decency to tell me if she's on vacation, if she's out, or even a text back and direct me to someone else so that I can get a contract!! NO ONE is that busy to text back.

A week & a half later, Donna emailed me again asking if i had any questions. I then decided to speak with Donna about Vilda and she said she would set up a contract for me because Vilda was feeling sick. Donna gave me the initial pricing with all those extra fees even though Vilda said she doesn't include those fees. I emailed Donna this and she said she would confirm with Vilda. The next morning, Donna emails me saying Vilda is booked that day already, are you kidding me?!! I was super furious, i waited a week and a half to hear back from Vilda when I could have booked someone else and she completely wasted my time. I understand she was sick; however, It was completely rude of her to ignore my texts and calls when she could have texted me back, "hey i have been out of the office let me direct you to Donna."

I called Donna on the phone that day to explain to her how upset I was of this situation and all she kept saying was that we have other artists on the team?! She apologized for her behavior; however, she should have known that was completely wrong of her to do and offer me better than that.

The service at the Beauty Suite NY is TRASH, has POOR SERVICE and Vilda is SUPER RUDE! If she was so sick, she had the time to take other bookings and book someone else on my date?! Til this day I have not received a phone call or text from Vilda apologizing for this situation. Not professional at all and their prices were extremely too high for a bunch of artists who are not great people. I have had so many artists who give great customer service and have the decency to pick up the phone when i have any questions or concerns. I just wanted to say thank you to the Beauty suite because i booked other artists & did not spend a dollar on your greedy business. Also, if you are going to charge half a grand you might as well give your clients great customer service that they deserve and not treat them like the hundreds of other clients you have gotten in the past!! honestly, I did not speak to the other artists; however if they allow Vilda to behave this way towards me, they probably allow all of their artists to do that as well. I have three sisters & a huge community behind me who i will definitely not recommend!
DO NOT book them, you will leave unsatisfied with your service.
