“A Place Where Nature Creates an Everlasting Union”

The Arbors is located on a 112-acre tree farm in western Rowan County. The farm began growing trees in 2003 and has matured over the years to become a beautiful landmark just outside the small town of Cleveland, NC. The farm is 15 minutes from Mooresville, NC and only 45 minutes north of Charlotte and 45 minutes southwest of Winston-Salem. The Arbors offers two unique outdoor venues that your guests will remember for years to come. The property was designed to give visitors the full experience of a working tree farm. As you drive along the ½ mile long road into the nursery, you will pass through thousands of ornamental, evergreen and shade trees. At the end of the road, you will find the banquet and event sites surrounded by several acres of manicured lawns, large ponds, perennial gardens and lush landscaping. The Main Site overlooks a 2 1/2 acre pond that is abundant with fish and wildlife. Our second venue, The Pavilion, overlooks a 4 acre pond. We invite you to schedule a tour at our farm to explore the possibility of reserving the property for your wedding or rehearsal dinner

The Arbors is ideal for groups of 50 to 300. The farm offers a picturesque setting for all occasions.

Amenities at The Main Site include a custom built home for both bridal parties, a 4,700 square foot heated and cooled banquet area, a 2 1/2 acre pond, a large dock, plenty of outdoor living areas including a fireplace and two fire pits.

Amenities at The Pavilion include a 4,200 square foot reception facility constructed of stone and cedar shake siding overlooking a 4 acre pond, a Grooms Cabin, Tons of outdoor entertaining areas and two fire pits. The Pavilion offers you and your guests the rustic feel of the farm with all of the comfort of a climate controlled reception hall.

At both locations, photo opportunities are endless with flowering trees, several acres of water, amazing perennial gardens, exquisite landscaping and several acres of wildflowers in bloom throughout the year.

The Arbors Events is located just outside of Cleveland, North Carolina, where there are an abundance of hotels within 20 minutes in all directions (Mooresville, Statesville, Salisbury) .     Look no further - this is the place

    A perfect location for what they helped to make a perfect day. These folks saved our daughter's wedding when first the reception venue fell through, and then the ceremony location with only 3 days notice. They were complete professionals and made everything so easy. Pictures do not do this place justice - it is the perfect venue for a wedding and reception. Our guests had a fabulous time, and it was a magical day and evening. So easy to work with. Thank you Brian, Kim and Tonya. We are forever in your debt.

    Gorgeous venue and attentive owner & staff!

    This venue is breathtaking. COVID forced us to postpone our wedding and unfortunately for us that meant we had to find a new venue. I came across the Arbors and never looked anywhere else! We did a tour last April/May of both venues on their property - The Main Venue and the Pavilion. While you can't go wrong with either, the Main Venue caught our eye and we went with it. The convenience of having basically an entire house attached to where you'll be getting married and having your reception can't be understated. The area is kept immaculate from the perfect lawn care to the gorgeous lake and blooming flowers (if you're getting married in spring/summer), just wow. Nothing around the Statesville area compares. There are so many amazing spots for photo opportunities that I think our photographer would have kept us from the reception all night if she could just to get more. We loved the remoteness of it, and when our guests arrived you could see their jaws drop. I don't think pictures do it justice so I would recommend a tour.
    As for the tour and booking - we worked with Kim which is one of the owners assistants mostly. She answered all of our questions and if she wasn't positive, she would check in with the owner Brian asap to make sure we had a straight answer with no hesitation which I really appreciated. We were even able to come out on a random Sunday afternoon with our planner and florist to vet out the space for flowers and envision the table settings, they just double checked that there wasn't an event going on and let us come by. They worked with us as well when I had to have our final meeting (typically about 30-40 days before the wedding) remotely and only a week out from the wedding due to a family emergency. They are extremely professional and made the hectic nature of wedding planning just a bit easier.

    I love everything they did for me.

    The venue itself was absolutely beautiful! Tonya my day coordinator was the most kind and sweetest person I ever meet!! I love her !
