Beautiful Spot
We were looking for a place to host an outdoor reception in the Hartford area. I am SO SO happy we chose the Tavern at Keney Park. The grounds are gorgeous and made for beautiful pictures. Best of all was Amanda. She was AMAZING in coordinating everything for us. So easy to work with and absolutely handled everything day of flawlessly. I would definitely recommend the Tavern at Keney Park. Could not have chosen a more perfect location for our wedding day :)

A Night of Giving. Fundraiser for the American Lung Association
The Tavern at Keney Park is an awesome venue for hosting private events, happy hour with co-workers and friends or a romantic dinner date with your mate. Amanda and her staff are very attentive to the needs of the patrons and the view from the patio is spectacular. I highly recommend the Tavern.

Perfect of my intimate wedding
The Tavern at Keney park was absolutely perfect for my small wedding with 32 guests. Amanda was really helpful from beginning to the end, making the planning so much easier and enjoyable. The staffs were all attentive and professional as well. My guests all told me that it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. I definitely recommend this venue!

Amazing staff
Amanda and her staff are amazing!!! We had a bridal shower for my sister and they made the day special for all of us and our my mom and at ease from the food to the planning.

All Around Success
Amanda and Staff were on top of things from the beginning: planning, food tasting, tent rental, band setup area, etc.
Also, because much of the site is open or outdoors, the arrangement of tents and heaters allowed us to have a successful night even in the late fall.
We got a lot of positive comments from guests regarding the decorations and lighting provided by the Tavern, and the buffet dinner we chose worked out perfectly. And of course, they allowed us to add decorations of our choice for the table settings, centerpieces, etc.
It was a heck of a party and we could not have been happier.

Amanda was the coordinator of our event we could not have had a better experience. We played a mini golf tournament and an end of school year event was were ended our evening on their beautiful patio over looking the golf course. The food was great, the bar service was top notch, and the atmosphere was perfect to end the day. Looking forward to going back again for next years end of the year event!

We held our wedding reception of about 100 guests at Tavern at Keney Park and everything was perfect from start to finish. Amanda the event coordinator was amazing, the staff was wonderful, the food and food variety was great, along with the packages to choose from, and the best part was how VERY affordable it all was! We would absolutely recommend and do it all the same again.

Team McCants held a fundraising event at KP Tavern. Amanda O. and the entire Tavern staff were accommodating, professional, flexible and very friendly. The setup was exactly as discussed and the food was amazing. All of our guests were VERY impressed with the venue. Team McCants is looking forward to working with KP Tavern in the future.
