The Hotel at the Lafayette located in Downtown Buffalo was anticipated to be ready to host the influx of visitors for the Pan American Exposition but didn't open its doors until 1904. Designed by the first recognized female architect in the US, Louise Bethune. The hotel still has 34 gorgeous hotel rooms making it the perfect space for your out-of-town guests.
Our Courtyard Room can accommodate about 200 guests for sit down dinners while our Greenhouse Room can accommodate 225 guests for sit down dinners; cocktail parties and casual events can accommodate an even larger guest count.
