Hello everyone! My name is Melissa, I am the owner at sweet smarts. I have been in the baking industry for 13 years. I received my degree in international baking & pastry from Florida Culinary Arts Institute in 2003. While in school I trained at Jack Nicklaus's "The Bears Club." After school I went to work at a wholesale bakery "Sweet Endings." From there I went on to help open up "Christy's NY Cheesecake." My work has also been noted in Palm Beach Industry.
