Alongside her husband, Yonnie, Toni helped shape South Florida’s kosher dining scene with Yonnie's Kosher Pizza and Yonnie's Famous Bakery before turning her creative energy toward European-style specialty cakes.
Today, Gallery of Cakes is a family-owned gem known for its exceptional quality, unforgettable flavors, and breathtaking designs. At the artistic helm is Jonathan “Yonnie” Kochlany, a master cake designer whose sugar art, sponge work, and custom creations have earned him a reputation as a true cake artist.
Coordinating the magic behind the scenes is Liroan, Toni’s daughter and the day-of wedding coordinator with over 20 years of event planning experience. Her calm presence and eye for beauty ensure that every celebration runs smoothly and looks stunning.
