I cannot say enough good things about Sweet Stacy's PB, and the incredible baker behind it! From start to finish, Stacy's service was outstanding. She was friendly, responsive, and so creative with ideas elevating each of my thoughts. The cake itself was a total showstopper, both stunning in design and absolutely delicious. The red velvet was rich, moist, and perfectly balanced, while the funfetti layer was pure joy—light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor. Every detail showed real artistry and care. Stacy made us feel like our wedding was just as important to her as it was to us. She listened to the details of our vision of what the cake should look like, and she turned it into the most stunning cake we have ever seen! It was a true work of art! We chose her white chocolate raspberry cake, and it was out of this world! Stacy was kind, responsive and professional. You can tell she's passionate about her craft and pours her attention into every detail. If you want something unforgettable, Sweet Stacy's Palm Beach is it!

The cake was the general style that we requested; however, there were some issues with the flower placement (with no one taking responsibility). The real flowers placed on the cake started falling/dropping along with the icing. It was fixable by turning the cake in another direction and I didn’t notice the day of until someone showed me a photo of it the next day. Also, we asked for mini cupcakes decorated with icing in the shape of a rose and others using small icing emblems with an imprint of our initials. The cupcakes were cute, but they did not live up to my expectations based on the beautiful cupcake/icing designs Stacy pictures on her website. They lacked detail and precision, basically looking somewhat sloppy and rushed. I discussed the flower/cake/icing issue mentioned above with Stacy and she was kind enough to refund me $25 for the additional flower set up fee. This was already an additional $25 fee on top of the regular set up fee of $25, so both fees seemed unnecessary to me in the first place, but Stacy explained that the $25 fee for flower setup required additional work to place and arrange the flowers, which I can understand. Either way, Stacy’s cake and cupcakes tasted delicious. Although there were some issues with the design, I do appreciate Stacy’s efforts to fix things with her customers.
