Well, this wasn't my wedding, lol--that happened over 10 years ago. But Patrick has done 3 annual buffet banquet dinners for our organization, and the food and the service has been wonderful! Our guests raved for days about the food!
Patrick catered our wedding reception at our homestead, and it was truly amazing. We ordered a LOT of food, because we wanted leftovers to eat and serve to the guests who were sticking around for a few days after the ceremony. Our wedding was outdoors and informal, with about 75 guests. The reception followed, and was buffet style. We paid extra to get multiple meats: brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. It was all absolutely delicious! The guests were thrilled with the brisket and ribs especially, and the pulled pork was so tender and well-seasoned that I didn’t even need BBQ sauce, which was a lovely surprise! Patrick organized, set up, and tore down everything himself, and was a delight to work with. I was a nervous bride, but I needn’t have worried. It was all perfect. The funny thing is that Sweet Chipotle was our backup plan, since the original plan was to have my step-son (also a chef) do the food, but he had a work conflict. We were lucky to be able to book Patrick with just two month’s notice. In the future, Sweet Chipotle will be our first choice for any catering needs!Sent on 09/27/2019
