Mosaic Cafe and Catering

Mosaic Catering was excellent! The food is delicious. We got so many compliments on the food. They take care of everything. They are very professional and helpful every step of the way. We are so glad we chose them.

We had a wonderful experience with Cafe Mosaic. The food was absolutely delicious. There was also more than enough food for everyone, which we really appreciated. Beyond that, the service was exceptional — professional, attentive, and seamless throughout the entire event. They were also incredibly flexible and easy to work with during the planning process, which made everything so much less stressful. Their pricing is extremely reasonable considering the quality and other pricing offers we received. We’re so grateful for their part in making our wedding day so special and would highly recommend them!

Cafe Mosaic was so easy to work with, as always! Our dinner rehearsal was set up and ready to go right on time and tasted amazing as always! Highly recommend!

We used Mosaic for our wedding this past weekend. We had tried a few caterers and they were not good either by food or service. We ran out of time to try Mosaic before we booked them, but they came so highly recommended online. We took the chance and are very glad we did. The food and the service exceeded our expectations. We did not have to worry about a thing when it came to them. Highly recommend getting the pot roast. Was by far the favorite of any dish at the wedding!

We had an amazing experience with Café Mosaic for our wedding. The food was incredible and received so many compliments from our guests.

Throughout the planning process, Pat Long was communicative and easy to work with, making everything feel seamless and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, the Café Mosaic team handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and precision, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration.

We highly recommend Café Mosaic!

Pat was easy to communicate and plan and organize all the pre-wedding details.

Pat and his team at Cafe Mosaic are top notch! We used his catering services for the first wedding in our family of six children. Pat patiently listened to the vision of my daughter, answered all of our questions with regards to the various levels of service, and was diligent in responding to changes and clarifications. The food was phenomenal, and we had numerous guests comment on the quality of the beef tips and the sides. As one guest (who worked in the event planning industry at one point) said, "Green beans can almost be a throwaway side, but these were just right -- not too soft, and seasoned just right with the bacon. They were delicious!" To round out the evening, the staff member sought me out to explain exactly how they packed the extra cake and food so that it would be easy to take home after the wedding. When my daughter and I first started planning, I asked her what the most important things would be to her in the wedding budget. She ephatically said the venue and the photography; my husband and I said our most important piece of the planning was the catering. We wanted a lovely meal at a reasonable starting price. We were able to honor both the bride's top priorities and our top priority by choosing Cafe Mosaic as our caterer. We had, what I believe, was the best meal for a competitive price that both lower end and higher end wedding budgets will appreciate. I highly recommend the Pat Long and his team at Cafe Mosaic when planning a wedding dinner or a rehearsal dinner.

Pat Long and Mosaic catered our daughter's wedding this summer. Pat was easy to work with and we had MANY guests compliment the delicious food! We had a chance to meet with Pat prior to hiring Mosaic for a tasting and that sealed the deal! His staff was courteous and worked very hard the day of the event. I would absolutely recommend Mosaic to cater your next event!

Working with Mosaic Catering was an absolute dream from beginning to end. After exploring several top-tier catering options in St. Louis, we ultimately chose Pat Long and his team and we are so glad we did. Pat made the experience personal and seamless, allowing us to customize every detail. From sourcing high-quality meat from the local market in Washington, MO to serving my dad’s favorite wine, nearly every request was met with a “yes.”

Pat offered thoughtful advice, brought a sense of calm to the often-hectic wedding planning process, and delivered an exceptional experience on the big day. Our dinner featured gold chargers, warm bread, filet mignon, wild-caught salmon, twice-baked potatoes, and a fresh salad, each item beautifully prepared and delicious. The passed appetizers during cocktail hour were a hit, and they even set aside a plate for my partner and me to enjoy before we joined our guests.

The quality of the food and service far exceeded that of other caterers we considered, and the value was unmatched. We received countless compliments from our guests, many saying it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had. Simply put, Mosaic Catering went above and beyond, and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Mosaic catered our daughter's wedding on b/zo at Pine Hollow Farms. The food was wonderful and all our guests are still raving about it! The staff was extremely nice and went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up and maintained for dinner.
