We had a wonderful experience with Cafe Mosaic. The food was absolutely delicious. There was also more than enough food for everyone, which we really appreciated. Beyond that, the service was exceptional — professional, attentive, and seamless throughout the entire event. They were also incredibly flexible and easy to work with during the planning process, which made everything so much less stressful. Their pricing is extremely reasonable considering the quality and other pricing offers we received. We’re so grateful for their part in making our wedding day so special and would highly recommend them! -

We used Mosaic for our wedding this past weekend. We had tried a few caterers and they were not good either by food or service. We ran out of time to try Mosaic before we booked them, but they came so highly recommended online. We took the chance and are very glad we did. The food and the service exceeded our expectations. We did not have to worry about a thing when it came to them. Highly recommend getting the pot roast. Was by far the favorite of any dish at the wedding! -

Pat Long and Mosaic catered our daughter's wedding this summer. Pat was easy to work with and we had MANY guests compliment the delicious food! We had a chance to meet with Pat prior to hiring Mosaic for a tasting and that sealed the deal! His staff was courteous and worked very hard the day of the event. Working with Mosaic Catering was an absolute dream from beginning to end. After exploring several top-tier catering options in St. Louis, we ultimately chose Pat Long and his team and we are so glad we did. Pat made the experience personal and seamless, allowing us to customize every detail. From sourcing high-quality meat from the local market in Washington, MO to serving my dad’s favorite wine, nearly every request was met with a “yes.”
Pat offered thoughtful advice, brought a sense of calm to the often-hectic wedding planning process, and delivered an exceptional experience on the big day. Our dinner featured gold chargers, warm bread, filet mignon, wild-caught salmon, twice-baked potatoes, and a fresh salad, each item beautifully prepared and delicious. The passed appetizers during cocktail hour were a hit, and they even set aside a plate for my partner and me to enjoy before we joined our guests.
The quality of the food and service far exceeded that of other caterers we considered, and the value was unmatched. We received countless compliments from our guests, many saying it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had. We had a wonderful experience with Mosaic catering, they were willing to travel to our destination wedding in Hermann, Missouri, and brought all the necessary items, including options for plates, flatware, and glasses. They were flexible with our requests on the foods and Pat is extremely easy-going and delightful to work with. The staff was professional and unobtrusive, and the food was delicious and fresh. Good value for the money. -

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Mosaic Catering! Seriously look no further for a caterer—you simply will not beat the food and service from Mosaic. From the very first conversation with Pat, everything was seamless and stress-free — exactly what you hope for during the chaos of wedding planning.
Pat was extremely responsive and the execution on the day was flawless. Guests will be raving over the food for a while— everything from the passed apps to the main courses was fresh and flavorful. Not only was the food delicious, but you could tell how much care went into making the meal.
What stood out most was how easy it all was. No last-minute surprises, no stress — just really great service and even better food. Mosaic was one of our favorite vendors to work with, hands down. Highly, highly recommend!

Mosaic and Pat (the owner and chef) were AMAZING to work with for our Fall wedding at Triple 3! Their menu options provided a great variety of choices for us. We needed an entirely vegetarian menu, which Pat had no issue accommodating. He was incredibly flexible, quick to respond to questions, and brought so many great ideas to the table. Their pricing was very fair, the onsite staff were lovely, and they accommodated all of our guests with allergies in a way that made them feel included in a seamless manner. We are so grateful to have had the chance to work with Mosaic and would highly recommend them for any catering needs you have in the Washington area! -

Cafe Mosaic was VERY professional when catering our daughter’s wedding reception at Sunset Bluffs. There was plenty of food for everyone with food left over that was packaged for us to take home. Every item on our menu was EXCELLENT! The wedding guests were all so pleased and many mentioned how great the food was. We will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend their catering service. -

We booked Mosaic Café and Catering as our wedding caterer in October 2023 and would absolutely recommend them to future brides or anyone looking to cater an event. All my communication leading up to the wedding was with the owner Pat. The communication was excellent, and all my emails were answered promptly. We changed our menu from our original proposal, and Pat adjusted it without any problems. He let me know which staff were going to be at the wedding and worked with our coordinator on the timeline for the day. Everything was served on time and there were no issues on the day of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed the food, and we were very happy that we chose Mosaic as our caterer. -

Pat Long, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He was accommodating, very quick with answering questions via email, and most importantly, the food was delicious! We had to plan our wedding from a few states away, and it was so easy to accomplish through Mosaic! In addition, it was very affordable, and we got tons of compliments on the quality of the food! I hope never to need to get married again, but if I did I'd definitely book Mosaic again -

Everyone raved about the food at our wedding, so we're very thankful we went with Mosaic Cafe and Catering! Not only that, but Pat is an incredible person to work with. While the taste of the food was a big reason for us choosing Mosaic, Pat's kindness is what ultimately help us with the decision. He responded to all my questions quickly, was super flexible when I had special requests, and was understanding when it took me a while to respond to him. In each email, he sent words of encouragement and kind wishes, knowing that wedding planning can be stressful. By far, he is the easiest vendor to work with! We (and our guests) highly recommend the lager braised brisket and chicken vino bianco! There is a large menu with great variety, and everything is reasonably priced. Thank you, Pat and the rest of the staff for the delicious food and incredible service! -

We hired Mosaic after our original caterer bailed on us for being too complicated. We had an Indian/Jewish fusion wedding, and Mosaic was more than happy to step in and handle all the American food (and offered a better price!). They worked with us on a plan and had no issue with two caterers being part of the event. Pat (the chef) is super friendly and talented, and provided us with a great experience at the tasting. And most importantly, the food was amazing! Everyone was complimenting us on it. No dry wedding chicken in sight. Definitely would recommend Mosaic to any of my friends! -

We were 100% pleased with selecting Mosaic Cafe and Catering!
Selecting Mosaic Cafe and Cafe for our wedding reception was an excellent choice. When we first started looking for someone to cater our reception, Mosaic owner, Pat Long, was one of several businesses with whom we met. Pat's professional and personable attitude, the selections we sampled (each wonderful!), the options available, and the pricing all ended our search immediately. Pat worked with us every step of the way with my multiple questions. The outcome was a perfect meal for our guests. The entrees, salads, and sides were each unique and delicious as proven by the many compliments we received - and trips back for 'seconds'. Mosaic's onsite staff were each dressed professionally and setup the table in an attractive arrangement for our guests. We opted for buffet style, but table service is also available. Thank you, Pat Long and Mosaic Cafe & Catering staff for being a part in making our big day memorable for all the right reasons! -

Incredible people and food!!!
Where do I even begin?! Mosaic Cafe provided the best cocktail hour and dinner buffet at my wedding. The compliments we received about the food were overwhelming - it was absolutely delicious. Maybe even more importantly was the service of Pat and his team, everyone was so friendly. Pat answered all of my questions so promptly and thoughtfully during the planning process. He is very organized and made sure every little detail was exactly the way we wanted. We could not speak more highly of Pat, his team, and his food! Thank you, Mosaic Cafe! -
