  Catering for my daughters Wedding

  Mosaic was a dream to work with. The communication before the event was excellent with Pat. He was wonderful to work with. Our servers for the wedding were wonderful with our guests. I would highly recommend them for any event.

  Amazing Catering!

  Mosaic Cafe and Catering is amazing! Pat Long, who is the owner, goes above and beyond with communicating and meeting the requests of the bride. We had never utilized a caterer until this wedding and had experienced a previous food tasting earlier in the week, that hadn't gone well, so we weren't sure what to expect with this food tasting. We walked in to a table that was set with formal dinnerware and was very elegant but not intimidating. Pat made us feel very comfortable, was friendly and answered all our questions. The food was amazing, very tasty, well seasoned and the portions were a good size. We had expected small samples and by the time we were finished with the tasting, we felt like we had a full meal! He definitely does not skimp on the food portion size for a tasting which was really nice and is a huge help when trying to decide what food we wanted. He gave us four entrees to choose from to try, along with sides, and salad.
  
  Throughout the wedding planning time, we communicated via email and Pat was always quick to respond to any of our questions. When we arrived at the reception, the food was ready to go on our timeline and the staff was very friendly and helpful. One of our concerns was getting people through the buffet line in a timely and efficient manner. We had a big wedding party along with about 350 guests to serve. Pat anticipated that and had two buffet lines with serving being done on both sides and the lines went quickly and smoothly. The food was served hot and the staff kept it coming so no one had to wait for it to be refilled. Mosaic also provided, tea, lemonade and coffee. We've had so many of our guests tell us how good the food was, how nice it was to have it still be hot when served and how quickly they were able to get their food and how much they enjoyed it. Mosaic also offers the option to have the food plated and served to each guest if you don't want to utilize a buffet line which is a nice option to have. They offered to cut and plate all the cake as well which gave us one less thing to have to think about. Other caterers we checked, did not offer that.
  
  Pat's prices are competitive with other caterers but the difference is you get a lot of bang for your buck with him and your guests will walk away with a positive impression about the food and are full and content having enjoyed their meal. That was our goal and Pat went over an above to meet that goal for us. He made the catering part of the wedding worry free and something we didn't have to oversee at the reception which made us able to enjoy our reception even more. We highly recommend using Mosaic Cafe and Catering for your wedding. Every aspect of working with them from the beginning to the end was incredible!!

  We had the absolute best experience with Mosiac! Pat and his team are down to earth, efficient, and can whip up an excellent meal. We are so happy with our choice to have Mosiac be a part of our big day. We still get people commenting to us how good our wedding food was and the leftovers they sent us home with are yuuummmmy. Thank you Mosiac for leaving an everlasting impression on us - we cannot wait to potentially use you in the future for events and recommend you to friends and family.

  Excellent wedding caterer

  We booked Mosaic Café and Catering as our wedding caterer in October 2023 and would absolutely recommend them to future brides or anyone looking to cater an event. All my communication leading up to the wedding was with the owner Pat. The communication was excellent, and all my emails were answered promptly. We changed our menu from our original proposal, and Pat adjusted it without any problems. He let me know which staff were going to be at the wedding and worked with our coordinator on the timeline for the day. Everything was served on time and there were no issues on the day of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed the food, and we were very happy that we chose Mosaic as our caterer.

  Wonderful!

  Pat Long, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He was accommodating, very quick with answering questions via email, and most importantly, the food was delicious! We had to plan our wedding from a few states away, and it was so easy to accomplish through Mosaic! In addition, it was very affordable, and we got tons of compliments on the quality of the food! I hope never to need to get married again, but if I did I'd definitely book Mosaic again

  Wonderful Wedding Experience

  Our experience with Mosaic Café was WONDERFUL throughout the entire wedding process. Early on, we knew we wanted to have Mosaic Café cater our wedding based off of other experiences we've had with this company (family catered events, community events, etc.). Pat Long (owner and chef) made our hectic, crazy, and stressful planning process an absolute breeze. Pat was always easy to reach and very responsive. On the day of our wedding, the catering staff were professional and polite. The food was delicious, the desserts were a hit (you have to try the carrot cake cupcakes!). Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food and desserts tasted. We could not be happier with Pat Long and the Mosaic Café staff. I can only rate 5 stars, but they deserve much more!

  Best caterer

  Words cannot express how happy I am with mosaic cafe and catering. The food was amazing, we loved the variation we were able to offer our guest, and Pat the owner was amazing to work with. We had a larger group and we had lots of dietary restrictions that Pat was willing to accommodate. I highly recommend him. The cost of the food is extremely reasonable for the quality of it. This was by far the lowest cost we found and I would say it was the best food I have had at a wedding.

  Wedding Reception AMAZING!!!

  Pat @ Mosaic Catering was FANTASTIC. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (even our other vendors were telling us that this was the best food they had had at a wedding in a while) Pat was great to work with. He was always punctual and available via email and showed up separately from the rest of his crew to ensure the food would be delivered hot and fresh. Our guests and my husband and I we all very happy and very full. I will most definitely be reaching out to him for other events in the future.

  Cafe Mosaic made sure that we had no worries at all. They worked with any changes we needed to make to our order and were always friendly and great with communication. The food was amazing and we received great feedback from all our wedding guests on it. They will definitely be our go to caterer!!

  Mosaic Cafe sis an amazing job catering our wedding! Easy to work with, flexible, easy to get a hold of, staff who worked the wedding were extremely professional and polite. They really did a perfect job. And the food was delicious! Multiple compliments.

  Pat is the best and the food is delicious

  Everyone raved about the food at our wedding, so we're very thankful we went with Mosaic Cafe and Catering! Not only that, but Pat is an incredible person to work with. While the taste of the food was a big reason for us choosing Mosaic, Pat's kindness is what ultimately help us with the decision. He responded to all my questions quickly, was super flexible when I had special requests, and was understanding when it took me a while to respond to him. In each email, he sent words of encouragement and kind wishes, knowing that wedding planning can be stressful. By far, he is the easiest vendor to work with! We (and our guests) highly recommend the lager braised brisket and chicken vino bianco! There is a large menu with great variety, and everything is reasonably priced. Thank you, Pat and the rest of the staff for the delicious food and incredible service!

  Wedding caterer

  When I scheduled my food tasting I didn’t know they were located in a Mercy hospital so when I showed up I was a little concerned to be honest. However, their food is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I could eat the spinach cups every day and be the happiest person on the planet. Our guests raved about the stuffed chicken and pulled pork. They were so easy to work with. Just all around great people and food!!

We had an Indian/Jewish fusion wedding, and Mosaic was more than happy to step in and handle all the American food (and offered a better price!). They worked with us on a plan and had no issue with two caterers being part of the event. Pat (the chef) is super friendly and talented, and provided us with a great experience at the tasting. And most importantly, the food was amazing! Everyone was complimenting us on it. No dry wedding chicken in sight. Definitely would recommend Mosaic to any of my friends!

The huli huli chicken, rice pilaf, veggies, and cool cucumber salad were all so fresh and full of flavor! Absolutely perfect for an outdoor event in the summer heat! I HIGHLY recommend hiring Mosaic Cafe & Catering for your wedding. You will absolutely not be disappointed. I also recommend renting your linens from them as they saved me a lot of $$ compared to the other places I could've rented them from. Lastly, my sister has a crazy restrictive diet and Pat did a perfect job at creating her a meal that she was able to eat and she LOVED it. That never happens!

  We were 100% pleased with selecting Mosaic Cafe and Catering!

  Selecting Mosaic Cafe and Cafe for our wedding reception was an excellent choice. When we first started looking for someone to cater our reception, Mosaic owner, Pat Long, was one of several businesses with whom we met. Pat's professional and personable attitude, the selections we sampled (each wonderful!), the options available, and the pricing all ended our search immediately. Pat worked with us every step of the way with my multiple questions. The outcome was a perfect meal for our guests. The entrees, salads, and sides were each unique and delicious as proven by the many compliments we received - and trips back for 'seconds'. Mosaic's onsite staff were each dressed professionally and setup the table in an attractive arrangement for our guests. We opted for buffet style, but table service is also available. The entrees, salads, and sides were each unique and delicious as proven by the many compliments we received - and trips back for 'seconds'. Mosaic's onsite staff were each dressed professionally and setup the table in an attractive arrangement for our guests. We opted for buffet style, but table service is also available.   Mosaic was booked for my wedding

  Mosaic Cafe and Catering were an excellent choice for our wedding. The staff is very professional and the food tastes great. Pat was excellent to work with during the entire booking process. I would recommend anyone book them for their wedding or upcoming event.

  Absolutely amazing

  My husband and I used Mosaic Cafe and Catering for our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about them! The food is absolutely amazing. We had so many guests tell us it is the best wedding dinner they have ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Patrick is so nice and easy to work with. He made the whole planning process a breeze and was very responsive anytime I had a question. We will recommend them over and over.

  More than perfect!

  Was the best food ever!! Everything was perfect! All our guest were amazed at the deliciousness of the food!! Pat is a very easy going person, he said yes to everything and the whole process was super relaxed!! Thanks Pat for everything!!!

  Where do I even begin?! Mosaic Cafe provided the best cocktail hour and dinner buffet at my wedding. The compliments we received about the food were overwhelming - it was absolutely delicious. Maybe even more importantly was the service of Pat and his team, everyone was so friendly. Pat answered all of my questions so promptly and thoughtfully during the planning process.   Excellent Wedding Catering

  Mosaic did the catering for our wedding and they did an excellent job. The food was amazing and we had many guests complimenting the food. They were on time, very communicative, and flexible. We were able to rent glassware and hire bartenders from Mosaic as well. 10/10 would hire them again.
