Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! This is such an exciting time!

We have many options when it comes to your wedding. While most come for the BBQ, we can customize your special day menu to your specific wants and needs. We are dietary and allergy friendly.

Our venues that we cater are all over the St. Louis region. Some of our past clients' favorites are Westwind Hills in Pacific, Boocat Club, Majorette, Lost Hill Lake in St. Clair, Sunflower Hill Farms in Defiance, 4 Hands breweries in St. Louis City.

Amazing Food!

Every person at my wedding LOVED Sugarfire. Most guest have had it before, but the few from out of town were very impressed. Affordable for large parties since they can customize your order for your specific needs. Very easy to work with.

Solid Catering Team!

Heather, Jessica, and their Sugarfire Team have been phenomenal to work with. Quick to communicate any answers or advice we needed. After so many changes due to covid, their team made it so comforting and helpful to work with. The food was outstanding and honestly we are a huge Sugarfire fan and had no doubts. You thought their BBQ was good, you should try their brunch! The whole day they took care of everything and their team was so nice to celebrate with on that day. Shawn and I are so happy you were a part of our day and we thank you so much!

Works out great!

Sugarfire was a great caterer for us. The workers who set up and helped on the day of the wedding we’re super sweet and professional. It was stressful at points because we were not able to get a response from the vendor, sometimes having to leave several messages. As a busy company, I expected delays but in could be nerve wrecking! If you go with sugarfire, you may experience this too, but it’s well worth it! Guest loved the food!!
