Swanson Meadows Event Venue offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces to host all kinds of wedding occasions. Engagement parties, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions can all be easily accommodated here. For an on-site ceremony, couples can stage their heartfelt vow exchange within a delightful grove of trees on the property. Here, up to 100 friends and loved ones can gather to share in the joy of your commitment within this scenic setting. For a relaxed outdoor cocktail hour, the expansive deck is an ideal location. Here, 125 standing guests or 80 seated can be easily accommodated. The deck offers picturesque views across the meticulously manicured 9-hole golf course. A golf cart can be supplied to whisk couples away to the on-site water feature which provides the perfect backdrop for wedding photos. The Weston Room offers a sophisticated indoor setting for main reception events. Here, up to 100 seated guests can enjoy the bright and airy atmosphere this room provides. Polished wooden flooring, multiple crystal chandeliers, and a 30-foot bar area are just some of the stand-out features of this space. As of September 2020, this venue can also offer a dedicated get-ready suite so that parties may prepare for celebrations held on-site in comfort.

The best team & a wonderful experience.
Amy and her team were incredibly accessible and responsive throughout our planning, and were eager to help us get every detail right. From the food to the linens, they made sure every detail felt truly "us". The space is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable and affordable, as far as weddings go!
Many measures were taken to ensure a safe event, and yet we hardly felt them, because they made it all easy and seamless. They definitely have mastered COVID-safe practices.
Amy & the team helped us to create a day that, while it was not what we originally planned, became a day we will always remember. We are so thankful for Swanson Meadows, and highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, whether during a pandemic, or not!
