Sugar Pointe Estate can accommodate up to 300 wedding guests in its scenic indoor and outdoor event spaces. The beautiful property features 2,500 feet of water frontage, a three-acre, fully-stocked and spring-fed lake, and a 1,000-foot pier and boathouse, overlooking the St. Mary's River. The amazing collection of centuries-old trees and wildflowers are sure to provide for perfect photo sites. Couples may host their wedding celebration in Sugar Pointe Estate’s 2,500-square-foot party barn, known as the “Sugar Shack.” Built in 2007, the barn features a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a large stage, and a 1,500-foot hardwood dance floor. Outside the barn has a 500-foot outdoor deck that overlooks a crystal clear pond. Both locations are ideal for grand receptions and cocktail hours. Meanwhile, the venue’s luxurious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath cottage, called The River House, features much of the interior pine and red bricks of the original 1960s farmhouse.
