Kristen’s experience running truly seamless weddings was demonstrated as our month-of coordinator. After postponing our wedding 3 times due to COVID (on a range from May 2020- October 2021), Kristen was always accommodating and so pleasant to work with.

She organized our vendors so everything was right on time, knew the ins and outs of our venue Spanish Hills, and was even morally supportive due to a few day-of family emergencies.

Kristen was absolutely amazing at my wedding this past weekend at Calamigos. She was extremely helpful through my entire wedding process and I was able to get most of my vendors through her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and reliable, especially as a COVID canceled bride she went above and beyond in helping us re-organize and re-schedule. Her sweet and caring demeanor was a welcome sign on my wedding day! Thank you Kristen !!!!

In planning our wedding, we researched and interviewed several coordinators. After meeting Kristen, we knew she was the one. Throughout the process she was extremely reliable, responsive, educated, kind, and so much more. And then on the day of our actual wedding she blew us away. Literally not one single hiccup. Kristen was truly an integral part in making our wedding day the best day of our lives!

Kristen with Stop and Stare Events is an outstanding coordinator. My husband and I booked Kristen about a year from our wedding. As our wedding was in July 2020, I felt that COVID would not affect us at all. Little did we know July was the worst month for COVID and Kristen somehow was able to create the most memorable day of our lives. Three venues, six versions of our timeline, new COVID regulations happening weekly, and downsizing our wedding from 200 people, to 150 people, to 70 people to 40 people. We communicated so much! Kristen had to communicate all these changes to my list of vendors, and she did it professionally, effectively and kindly. The day of our wedding Kristen and her assistant, Dakota were the best team. Even my wedding guests complimented their fun personalities, work ethic and ability to make executive decisions quickly. By the end of the night, Stop and Stare Events had all my decor and belongings packed up, flowers saved and loaded ready for the car. It was unbelievable and it made my family enjoy their time with the event rather than cleaning up. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their wedding day run as close to perfection as you can get. As a bonus, they are fun to work with and were so involved in making the guest experience extraordinary.

My (now) husband, Orlando, and I booked Stop and Stare after briefly seeing their booth at a bridal show our venue was having. Their style was exactly like mine, so it felt right immediately. Kristen let me know that she was going to be on maternity leave and that we would therefore be in the hands of her lead planner Michelle.
Michelle was nice enough to help me out with a scheduling dilemma regarding my rehearsal. She even rearranged her own schedule to accommodate us when she didn't have to.
I really tried to be an organized bride since I tend to be a detail-oriented person, so I was so pleased to find out that Michelle was the same. Our initial meeting with her was full of questions and details that would help her create a day of schedule including all my vendors and bridal party. I can't stress enough how crucial that timeline is -- without a good one, you run the risk of chaos. Creating it is a task that most would fail miserably at, so it's best to leave it to the pros, and Michelle was excellent! She was thorough and thought of things I never would have. I knew after that meeting we were in great hands.
The day of the wedding (10/26/19) was beautiful. Everything looked AMAZING! Being a graphic designer, I designed our wedding from invitation to thank you cards. We had a lot of decor/small details and as much as I planned, I knew that I would have no hand in executing its setup. Michelle and the team rocked it! I couldn't have been happier and I even got to see Kristen briefly because she came to help. Michelle even took care of decorating our cake in order to avoid having it out in the sun too early so that the florist could work on it. She really is talented.
I'm so glad we chose the right team. It literally means the difference between chaos and keeping cool that day. I was able to relax and enjoy what the day was actually about...marrying an amazing man.

We had Korin as our planner and she was amazing during the whole process. I had a moment where I felt overwhelmed and she was so patient and helpful. She made sure our wedding went smoothly and that my husband and I had the best time. She made sure our wedding vision came to life! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone getting married!

Korin and her assistant Julie were the best! They went above and beyond to insure that Vanessa and David's big day went smoothly. I would highly recommend them. Well worth the investment for a day of coordinator! Took so much pressure off of us. 🥂

My Husband and I hired Stop and Stare events as our Wedding Management/Day of Coordinator after having a horrible experience with our previous wedding planner. Our wedding took place on 07/26/2019 at The Garden at Los Robles Greens in Thousand Oaks,our venue required us to use a wedding coordinator from their preferred list which could have not been a better idea since thanks to that we found Stop and Stare events! After meeting with almost all the coordinators from that preferred list as soon as we met Kristen we knew Her and her team would be the perfect fit for us. Kristen was very sweet, compassionate, professional and informative, she made things very straight forward and easy which was a huge plus for us since wedding planning can be complicated.
Kristen informed us a couple months later that she was blessed with pregnancy and we would have MICHELLE as our lead planner since by the time our wedding date came around she would be on Maternity leave. She assured us that we were in great hands and working with anyone from her team was just as if we were working with her, we did not doubt her one bit!

Now for THE BEST WEDDING COORDINATOR EVER MICHELLE!
as soon as we started our communication via email we knew we were in amazing hands, she was very detailed oriented and brought details to our attention which we wouldn't have ever thought about. We got soooo many compliments from our family and guests on how attentive to everything and everyone she was. Seeing Michelle in action at our rehearsal day ensured me we had nothing to worry about!.
Michelle was in constant contact with me weeks prior to the wedding to make sure we got every possible detail taken care of, she coordinated everything so efficiently with all our other vendors and made excellent executive decisions. We can truly say we didn't worry about ANYTHING the day of our wedding and thanks to that we had an AMAZING time. From dealing with last minute family arrangements to ensuring my now husband and I did everything on our timeline but still got to enjoy and have fun to making sure we always had drinks and moments to take it all in, she did it all! Michelle's kindness and warmth radiates as soon as you talk her, she is truly a very special person who we will never forget as well as we will never forget how perfect she made our special day.
To our huge surprise Michelle let us know the day before our wedding that Kristen was also going to be helping out the day of which was an amazing surprise. Kristen was also amazing and went above and beyond for us, we truly could not have chosen a better team to coordinate our wedding. We owe a huge part of having the wedding of our dreams to them!.
My Husband and I would 10000% hire stop and stare over and over again. My advice to any couple out there in search for a wedding coordinator who is professional, well organized, genuinely kind, upbeat, fun,sweet and that will truly care about you guys and your wedding HIRE THEM! We were so fortunate to have the best of the best.

Korin is amazing!!! She answered all my questions and concerns whenever I needed something. If I was confused or needed a suggestion when I was indecisive she had great ideas which helped me consider different ideas. She reassured me everything was gonna turn out amazing when I became brideZilla and was freaking out. During my wedding my two year old was difficult and when the in laws were busy she helped out with getting her a bottle or taking her away in the other room while I got some pictures done. She made sure everything was in place and on time. She knew how to do my bustle when it was complicated to figure out for my bridesmaids. My bridal party was rowdy and she dealt with them with patience. I would recommend her to any bride!
