To tell you the truth I would have given them one star. We decided to use this venue for our wedding after going to see it in person. The owner told us that it was a cash only deposit. So we told her we would have to go run and get it. And she told us it was fine if we came back the next week. Just to give her our name, phone number and the date so if someone else came looking she could make sure we still wanted it. We drove the hour back to the venue three days later only to find out not only had she given our date away. She didn't even know where the paper she had written our name on was. And she wasn't even apologetic or helpful. She just said you must have fallen through the cracks. The owner is the worst and very untrust worthy. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. She was horrible to us when we told her how upset we were.
