Welcome to The Landing at Lake Norman, a stunning "A One a Weekend Wedding" Venue & Weekday Corporate & Private Event Venue on 3 acres and over 600 ft of shoreline in Mooresville, NC! One Mile from Interstate 77 at Exit 33 (Williamson Road Exit or 1.7 miles from Exit 33 (Brawley School Road).
New Venue Update Sept. 1, 2026)- Ready for Reveal Late Fall 2026
PRESENT - Multi-Million dollar - 2 Story, 6,000+ sf Existing building on 3 acres with 600 ft of shoreline. Lake Level up from Drought level at 94 ft May 2026 to 97.32 ft as of Sept. 1, 2026. We like it at 98 ft, but it will fluctuate during the year!
The venue is continuing to evolve, with renovations and new indoor spaces planned for late Fall 2026. Real Images mixed with AI Images of Designer & matching Plans for ongoing Renovations.
