With over 25 years of professional experience, Steven Rosen has worked with over 1,000 couples throughout New York City and beyond. He is proud to have been a pioneer in marriage equality, capturing some of the first legal same-sex weddings in NYC, and has since worked with over 200 same-sex couples.

Incredible LGBTQIA+ Wedding Photographer
Having an LGBTQIA+ friendly wedding photographer was really important to us. Steven was the perfect choice. He was incredibly responsive, went above and beyond with answering our questions as we reviewed photographer options, did an incredible job day of navigating challenging weather, and delivered our final photos before we could even get back from our honeymoon. I would highly recommend him to any LGBTQIA+ couple getting married in the NYC metro area and/or anyone getting married in Central Park given his extensive experience photographing in the park.

Steven Rosen Wedding Photography!
Working with Steven was great! My husband and I got married at City Hall and had in mind wandering around the city streets and City Hall Park, etc. This was a bit of an "on the fly" photo session and Steve was not only flexible and down with what we wanted, he found some terrific locations we wouldn't have thought of. When we got our file with the photos we made a short list of ones to order that was anything but "short"! It took us a while to finalize our list because there were so many photos that we loved. You can't go wrong using Steven. He is talented, friendly, flexible and we are thrilled with our pictures!

Could not have asked for better!
Steven was one of the greatest things about our wedding. He was a photographer and so much more. He helped us plan, set expectations, and demonstrated such a creative and thoughtful approach to our wedding that we are still glowing over the results. Steven also helped us make sure we got the best value for our in investment and went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing day despite a wedding plan that was a little complex! We are incredibly grateful to him and would highly recommend him!

Hidden gem!
Steven is a hidden gem for sure. I was just browsing for wedding photographer in New York when i saw Steven. I sent him a message and within 10 minutes he replied and after 30 minutes we had a zoom meeting and booked him directly.
We are a couple from Norway going to New York to get married and we wanted to take the photos in the city we both love so much. To have a photographer that know the secrets of the city aswell as the hidden gems around is truly amazing.
From the first encounter to the final good bye there was true professionalism, passion and dedication to get the best photos.
We would truly recommend Steven for all future events.
This is not the last time we will use his services.

Cannot recommend Steven enough! He was amazing and extremely helpful throughout the day for my wife and I. We had some changes made last minute throughout the day and he helped us through each situation and was accommodating. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Steven to be our photographer.

Knowledgeable wedding photographer!
We had a great experience with Steven. He was not afraid to make decisions and he pushed us to think about exactly what shots we wanted leading up to the wedding. He was open to our ideas but also had great ideas of his own, including making some suggestions about the positioning of the ceremony that resulted in not only making the pictures better but made sure all our guests could see. He was punctual on the day of the wedding and took time to come out to our venue in advance of the wedding to see how we might optimize the photos. His assistant was also very helpful at our pre-ceremony Central Park shoot.
